McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

6/19/19 10pm after buying thing in Walmart I always pass by to buy something last night I bought something and stayed to eat it, there is a young men is the manager that is in charge of the restaurant the time I was there I observed that this person was using his phone continually and a lot of times he stop using it when he attended the clients and returned to work without washing his hands he did it repeatedly times I got closer and great him and he didn’t great me back and I comment him “I am observing you that you are using your phone and you return to attend the clients and you don’t wash your hands” and he answered me back “I am talking with my boss(suppressor) and she is telling me that they robed a store and she is going to come to see how is it in here” and for me it was a stupid answer I comment him the same thing and he answered me with the same answer, in which I told him that it didn’t have no intention in what I was telling him. Horrible service CHRIS AVILA super rude and very unprofessional. The manager needs to sit down with him and go over some rules. I tried getting the manager couple times and he refused. All I needed was for my order to get correct. I ordered a smoothie and he gave us a slushi. He was already with a attitude and didn’t like when I asked for my order to be correct! He wouldn’t stay quiet he kept talking and talking and being so rude infront of my kids . Seriously so embarrassing and unprofessional!!!!!!!! They need to fired him THEY SHOULD FIRED HIM!!!!!!
