Horrible Service!!! I placed an online order Order # 13048793299550208 for pick up at 10:45 am. I arrived to pick up my order at 11:00 am. The Manager answered who was extremely rude and told me my salad was ready but not my pizza, stating she had several orders and an order for 20 pizzas. She said it would be an additional 10 minutes. I sat there for 10 minutes my order never came out so I left because I had to get to work. When I arrived at work I called the location so that I can get the order cancelled and refund. The Manager stated she had to get to the computer and she would cancel the order later. At this point I am like why do I have to wait to later, no one had to wait to take the money out of my account. She very rudely told me well I told you I had several orders and when you drove off I was about to come outside. My response was I had to get to work, you are already at work. She then told me like I said I will do it later because I have a lot of orders and hung up the phone in my face. I called back someone else answered. I asked for the manager. She put me on hold , came back and said she stepped out. So I asked what was the Manager's name so that I would have the correct information. She said her name but I didn't understand what she said so I asked her to repeat it, she said in a very nasty response what her name was. I let her know if they didn't feel like working today they should have STAYED AT HOME!!! I will NEVER order from this location again!!! The last order I placed was incorrect I didn't complain. This was...
Read moreThis review is for the 4500 Dacoma St. Location. I'll start by saying I will not come back to this location. From the moment I came in, I felt it was going to be a terrible experience. First of all, the worker taking the pizza orders showed how stressed he was every time a new customer would come in. He did not look happy to see new customers. I had to get his attention back to me, because he couldn't stop staring at the door and couldn't believe how many more he had to serve. He even whispered it to his co-worker. I said, "hello?! Aren't you helping me?". Next, I noticed how dusty the glass was. Whether it was due to the bread crust or not, it looked dirty. At this point I wanted to leave, but my kid wanted pizza so I stayed. Finally, when I was waiting for my 2 pizzas I had to tell the lady working the oven to check on one of the pizzas because it had been there as long as the first one. (First one was out a few minutes before). Had I not told her, my kid's pizza would have been burnt. She was holding hands with her coworker and being silly in from of the oven. How unprofessional! Oh, and the lemonade and iced tea bins were empty. They were bubbling up due to the lack of liquid in them. Whoever is the owner/manager of this location needs to step up his/her game. Not...
Read moreI’ve never had an issue at mod, but I went to this location for the first time yesterday for lunch and was extremely disappointed. The girl taking my order kept interrupting me while I was trying to order, like she wanted me out of there as fast as possible even though the store was practically empty. She had no idea what the word “little” meant. I got a mini pizza and I just wanted a little minced garlic and she put 3x the amount I have EVER gotten, even when asking for extra. And it went on like that with ALL of my toppings. At the end I had maybe 5 toppings on my pizza and it was overflowing! After she was done, my pizza sat on the rack for 5 minutes before even going in the oven and there were 5 employees there with only 1 other customer in the whole store. Everyone there acted so irritated and rude for NO reason. This location is close to where I work, so I really hope my experience is better next time or I won’t be...
