I went to this restaurant with my children and was absolutely livid by the time we left. From the time that we entered into the establishment we were never greeted by anyone, not a give me a second and I will be right with you, or how are you all or anything. There were several people who walked up to the front to either get something from behind the counter and to answer the phone then either went back to the back or just completely disregarded us. I have coincidentally been to this same restaurant with my co workers and receive excellent treatment, that is how I found out about this place. I live all the way in Cypress and because they both live in Conroe and we work in the Woodlands we use this as a meeting place when we want to go and have lunch outside of work. As I mentioned earlier, the people that were working this day, a week day, were just all the way around rude. After my children and I standing there for what seemed forever, actually 13 mins to be exact, I literally started yelling, "hello is anyone going to help us?", and the people that were working looked up and then proceeded to continue to ignore us. I am not sure what was the reason for the mistreatment and regardless of anything why would anyone want to be treated this way. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you are looking for decent Tex Mex for the food, then yes, but if you want to eat good and be treated properly I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. I was disgusted after leaving out of there and just disappointed in the treatment, not that anyone ever spoke one word to us and maybe that was the problem. The simple fact that were were completely ignored. I would not have minded waiting if we were told that instead of blankly just standing there looking like we were not supposed to be there and feeling like we did not...

The worst Mexican restaurant I have ever dined at. To begin, Mexican food is my least favorite meal but I went with 2 coworkers for dinner. What a mistake that was!

As we entered restaurant, there were two women standing behind the counter going over things and then one of them took a phone order. Neither one acknowledged us as we stood looking at them to seat us. Took approximately 15 minutes to be seated. (There were lots of seating available needless to say).

Guided us to our table. Our waitress did arrive immediately to our table with salsa and chips. Took our drink orders as well.

Another 15-20 minutes to return and take our orders, 25 minutes later our food arrived. I ordered chicken fajitas and there was not a sizzle to my plate, tortillas were half soft and half hard like they were just heated in a microwave. Chicken came out of a bag, it was cold and tasteless. Onions 🌰 were soggy and what little green pepper that was there was stringy. What a disgusting meal. My friends meals was just as disgusting. One had an 🥑 avocado wrap which again veggies were nasty (how do you mess up a wrap?) The other had a burrito 🌯 which was cold. Only good part of our visit, was one of the salsa's was made with avocado (the only food item that seemed fresh), refills of our water and the waitress.

They were so short staffed, it was ridiculous!

That is why I gave a 2. 1 for waitress the other 1 for chips and salsa.

This restaurant needs to reevaluate their food menu items and make sure it is fresh. Don't open everyday if you have no staff because you are definitely going to lose customers like you did us. We will tell other coworkers to stay far away from...

Let me start by saying I generally love eating here but I don't know so much now!!!Carmen was our server and she must've been tired or debating on which of her tables to give the most attention to based on who she thought would tip better (ethnicity differences) because she took forever waiting on us and the place wasn't even that busy!!!! She had 3 tables- none with more than 2 people at each! The food was SUB-PAR!!!! It was NOT fresh nor flavorful. The chili con queso was over priced for the serving size and it was also not fresh and greasy!!!! The ground meat was not strained of the grease. She took so long giving us chips for it that it actually got cold and had to be reheated. The beans were a combination of undercooked and old like they mixed a fresh pot with the left overs. The burritos were supposed to come with cheese we barely got a drizzle of cheese. My taco was soggy again from the grease of ground meat. Our drinks weren't refilled timely. Even getting the check took 20 minutes then another 30 minutes for it to be picked up and have my card charged. This was yesterday 12/23/19 around 3pm. Overall I would love to have my meal comped...

Food is great at this restaurant I’ve been going there for 30 plus years however, do want to add that my car was damaged in their parking lot from the yellow parking thing in the parking spot, the rebar for it was standing straight up and when we pulled up to it somehow it hooked under my car so when we went to pull out it hooked under my underskirt of the car so when we tried to pull out we didn’t realize it and it damaged the underskirt. My boyfriend had to get under my SUV just to get it free .I went inside and told them about it they came out and their only response was that they don’t have insurance, the employee called her boss on her phone and she said her boss wanted her to get my name and phone number but they have never called so be careful of those yellow parking things on the parking spot because they will not take no responsibility for anything being damaged in their parking lot.

My granddaughter and I visited the Greenspoint location on Saturday to share the large fajita nacho, was a little worried that it would be too much for us, but in fact, a large fajita nacho barely fed the two of us. The portion size was not what it used to be at all. It was pretty small, the smothered in chili con queso like they say on the menu, it barely had any chili con queso. We had to ask for more queso. I was truly disappointed in the food and as a matter fact, the last few times that I’ve been there the food was a big disappointment. I would like to see it like it was back in the day. I meant to take The picture when the plate first got to the table, but there’s really only like four chips missing, pretty skimpy.
