My Gf and I stumbled upon this hidden gem and were so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the owner's welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.
But what really stole the show was the incredible food and drinks. We started with the Agua Frescas, which were hands-down the best I've ever had. The flavors were vibrant and refreshing, and the perfect complement to the spicy dishes that followed.
I started off with the chicken quesadilla, but what really stole the show were the fajita the owner brought out to ask us to try. The Fajita tacos were absolutely delicious and hands down the only place I will go to in Houston now for. The sizzling hot skillet of marinated beef and sautéed onions was served with warm flour tortillas, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Each bite was a flavor explosion that left us wanting more.
Before we left the owner gave us some of their delicious homemade ice cream on the house. He let us taste a lot of flavors before we decided which one we wanted, but they were all great. The perfect way to cap off an already incredible meal.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the owner's passion and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. From the warm hospitality to the attention to detail in every dish, it's clear that this is a labor of love.
If you're looking for an authentic, mouth-watering Mexican meal with a side of warm hospitality, look no further than this incredible place. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Read moreI have driven by this place so many times and always thought it was just an ice cream spot. After stumbling upon a review for tacos and enchiladas I knew I had to try it.
Upon walking in I was greeted by Carlos, the owner, he’s super sweet and welcoming and just purchased this biz. He was so excited to have me try the food. Allllllllll the aguas frescas, yes I do mean all of’em and they were so stinking good! I chose the strawberry banana with my meal but it was definitely not an easy decision:)
I ordered three tacos the chicken, the mixed beef and chorizo and the pastor all on flour. They were all good!
I’d recommend giving them a try, the place is clean, the staff are incredibly welcoming and the food is reasonably priced and really good.
I will go back for another agua fresca and some enchiladas, eager to try those.
Carlos also mentioned they’re looking to add...
Read moreStill Wonderful Made From scratch old style Mexican food like you won't find anywhere else in all of this city. . I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants including Guadalajara Los Tios Escalante's xcetera.. There's nothing like this little place. I'm in the middle of nowhere. A strip center near a laundromat.. But the strange ambience. Seems perfect. For the friendly guy that makes your food. On his stove right when you asked for it. The quesadillas we're sounding I also get the tacos made by hand and the tortillas made of corn.. Then there are several types of Mexican-style drinks including horchata. And hibiscus lemonade all made fresh everyday in the morning. . And then there is the elephant in the room ice cream homemade amazing...
