AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Don't fall for their lies of offers for your vehicle here!
I filled out their online estimator tool for a vehicle, I was considering selling. I get a call from Nelson at the dealership offering $49k to $52k for the vehicle. He says it would need to be inspected to give the exact amount but repeated the range of the offer again and asked when I could bring it in. I told him it would be the next week. He calls back the next week and we setup a date and time range for Thursday, January 16, 2025 with a specific 1 hour window for arrival.
I called him back on Thursday morning to confirm we were still setup and he said yes he'd see me then after he again confirmed the range of $49k to $52k for the sale of the vehicle. I show up within the agreed time frame and inform the ladies at the front desk I had an appointment with him. They look confused and say "I think he left a little while ago". They try calling him with no answer, and repeat that he has already gone home for the day. I explain why I am there and they said I could just go over to the building over for the appraisal. As I am walking over to the other building, I try calling Nelson on his cell phone and he doesn't answer. I leave him a voicemail telling him I was there at the agreed time and he was not and to call me back.
I meet the guy in the next building and explain the situation and he said he could get the appraisal started. When he comes back with the offer, it was for $42k. No where near the original range that Nelson told me. And as their report shows, the vehicle is in perfect condition with no issues. I tell the guy this is not what I was told I would be offered by Nelson, and he says to hold on. I call Nelson's cell phone again, except now it goes right to voicemail cause he is blocking the calls. I try calling again to be sure and same results. I leave a voicemail for him to call back again. The appraisal agent comes back out with his manager. I explain everything that occurred to the manager and he explains that the range Nelson offered was not possible and was not sure why Nelson would make that offer. While the appraisal agent and the manager were professional and courteous it didn't change the fact I drove a long way to bring the vehicle in and wasted a large portion of my evening.
I got back in the vehicle and wrote an email in their parking lot to Chris McKinney, the General Manager of this dealership, as I had received an email from him that same morning stating (from his email) "If a member of my team isn't living up to your expectations or you prefer to work with a Sales Manager, reach out to any of us directly". It has been 6 days since, and not a single call or email from any of them.
This dealership is filled with liars who just want to bring you in and then try to pull the rug out from you after you waste your time going in. ...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I purchased a used 2023 Bronco, and while the salesman was initially responsive, everything changed once I made the purchase. After paying for the vehicle, communication dropped off completely. My truck was delayed, and the salesman went silent—no responses to calls, texts, or emails. For over two weeks, I was left wondering whether I would ever receive the vehicle.
The truck finally arrived at 8 PM on a weekday, but it was dirty from the transport. The driver didn't speak English and seemed indifferent to my concerns. All he wanted to do was take a few photos and leave. Still no follow-up from the salesman.
Fast forward to now, 7 months later, and I still can’t register my vehicle. The finance manager appears completely incompetent, even advising me to go to another dealership for help with registration. They couldn’t even handle a simple task like signing a document properly.
I've left multiple messages for the general manager, but of course, there has been no return call. It's clear this dealership just wants your money and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction after the sale. I strongly advise avoiding this place, especially if you’re in the Houston area. There are plenty of other dealerships that offer much better service.
The salesman I dealt with was unprofessional and ineffective. Honestly, a cashier at my local Walmart would have offered better service. The finance team is just as clueless, and I had to guide them through the process.
In hindsight, I should have purchased privately. If I’m unable to title my vehicle soon, I’ll be contacting an attorney. This has been a terrible experience and a poor representation of Ford. I’m so frustrated, I’m already considering trading it in and moving on.
As I mentioned in my initial review, this issue remains unresolved. If my feedback is truly important, let’s prioritize getting this matter fixed. I purchased a used 2023 Bronco seven months ago, which was shipped out of state, and we’ve spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this transaction. Despite our efforts, communication has been unsuccessful.
Response to owner 2/20/25 - Your recent response does not address the ongoing issue at hand. It seems to dismiss the concerns rather than offer a solution. From my perspective, it appears you are more focused on showing the audience you’re listening rather than actively resolving the problem.
I would appreciate a more direct approach to fixing...
Read moreMy family and I come here most of the time to get our oil changed. We love the Ford company and much more for their service.
Last Thursday I came here to have an oil change. As I get on the freeway I hear a scraping noise on the floor. I stopped in a neighborhood there right away and saw that there was a piece of metal hanging. I also noticed that my front cover shield was removed as well, which I understand it was already damaged but It was still manageable and I wasn't even asked if I would like it removed.
I drive a 2020 Ford Fusion and what I see that had happened was that when the technician removed the front cover shield there was two screws that also held along with the metal piece and those two screws were not placed back. I immediately went back and tried to explain it to a Quick Lane representative and in the end he wanted to charge me for the metal. I came back Friday, Saturday, Monday and finally Tuesday when I had to chance to talk to the Quick Lane Manager, Rey Hernandez, I tried to explain my situation to him and he started by saying the metal part is not necessary and he finally told me that the metal was inside the front cover shield and since the cover shield was already damaged he couldn't replace it and he wanted to charge me for the metal too.
In the end I left because I didn't want to argue and besides, Rey Hernandez didn't even act like he wanted to help me, he looked like he already knew what he was going to say.
the Quick Lane Manager is completely wrong in this situation because the metal piece is in fact installed outside the car and there are two screws that unites the metal and the front cover shield.
I left an image that I found on the internet of what it should look like and it shows the two screws that hold the cover shield and the piece of metal and also two photos of the metal that was damaged.
I hope this comment helps future clients and take it into consideration that if you come here for a service and damage occurs because of Ford, they are not going to want to replace it and they are going to want...
