2023 AUG!! Alejandro said, give us a chance!! I did!! Him and Jerry has gotten 4 stars out of me!! Keep those two guys at this location!! They are favored by the customers!! They actually do there job!! That’s what we the paying customers need!! I’ve been working from home doing to-go order and those guys are giving life! Order always RIGHT!! Everything going great’ KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB MOk, I’m going from 3 star to two! I only gave 2 because of Alejandro!!!!! HE WAS AWESOME!!! This place doesn’t deserve him!! So…. Upon walking into this establishment, I wasn’t greeted. I was asked how many people, rudely! Excuse me, ma’am, how are u?? She had on a name tag that said Chris but I did speak wit the manager who said her name was Chloe. Whatever she had dirty red or orange greasy hair!! But RUDE!! She shouldn’t be at the door as a host!!! Put her in the back or to bust tables! Absolutely not acceptable!!! They don’t have sweet tea but the tea was gross!! Salad had bad lettuce in it and these big chunks! Experience was going horrible until Alejandro stepped in! She brought out the wrong food!! (My waitress) and Alejandro came and made everything right!!! He was freaking awesome!!! My food got made to standard! It was awesome!! That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars ⭐️!!! So in my honest decision use the gas and go to the Katy location & get good service!!! Because here these people never fail to disappoint I swear!! 3 years ago: Serve was not the best

We are traveling and wanted to eat at Olive Garden. We GPSed the closest one, which was this location.... the 62 miles/1 hr 6 minutes was worth the drive. We were greeted by two young ladies and were immediately seated. I wanted to order something fast, so I ordered soup and salad. Our wonderful waitress Gabby was FABULOUS! She was busy, but still checked in on us the "right amount" of times. Another positive aspect that stood out about Gabby is her communication skills. Gabby kept us informed of whatever we ordered. I prefer that as a customer over excuses or just leaving us wondering when our order was coming. I didn't want the two options of salad dressing, so when she offered a more healthier alternative with some slices of lemon I asked for, it was impressive. Why? Because in YEARS of eating at Olive Garden, I have never been offered the alternative like she did today. Gabby was professional, quick, thoughtful, and kind. She served us with a servant's heart and a smile. If you come here, ask for Gabby. In the business industry I'm in, she'd be an amazing asset to have because of her care to details (even in the careful way she packaged our food) and her ensuring her customers are well taken care of. Thank you Gabby on a job well done.

We recently went to Olive Garden and were surprised on many aspects. There was a price increase, No worries we ordered. Place wasn't busy, our food took 20 mintues which isnt normal. We received our food and their portion is half of what they used to give. The salad looked old, the lettuce wa Yellow and some portions Brown. I brought it up to the waitresses, attention And she just looked at it and aplogized. She didn't bring us another bowl. The waitress service was lacking, clearly she was over it. She hardly came to check on us. When she would attend other tables, she will grab their plates and leave them by the booth next to us that was empty. There was quite a few plates stacked up from many other tables. No refills, we flagged someone else after 15 min. Overall, the experience sad. I read recently online that there's going to be another increase to other prices. The leather on booths were torn and worn out. Olive Garden, you must change something to validate those price increases because the food isn't what it used to be, portion is less and service is bad. I'd rather pay a few more dollars and go up the street to a different establishment.

What a bad experience!!!! When we got there we walked in behind another family of 4, they told us it was a 10min wait. Then told us we couldn't wait inside cause they don't allow people to wait in the waiting area but the other family where sitting in the waiting. I was super confused but we waited outside, I think they need to really look into that. Then when we finally got to our table the waiter was not welcoming at all. When he took our drink order I turn to my son and asked what would he like and the waiter just kept saying "DRINKS, DRINKS!!!". It was just so rude just making us feel so rushed. He brings our drinks and never brought our toddler his drink even though he took his drink order. Then when it came to ordering our meals again he made us feel super rushed like we couldn't give our order fast enough. Then some of our meals come and he also brings some bread, but with a family of 6 it went by fast so we asked can we get more. It never came!!! We never got drink refills or asked if everything was ok. When he finally asked us if we needed anything he would do it while walking by super fast like he didn't really care if we really needed anything. He was also super rude when it came to taking our plates away he didn't even ask my son if he was done he just took it. My son was like mom the guy is so rude he took my plate I wasn't done. He was just so rude and made us feel like we couldn't get out of there fast enough. We ask again for bread but we didn't even get it till after we where all done eating. All I know is someone needs to retrain this guy to not be so rude to people, cause last time I checked its...

If I could give the restaurant a zero for the people who work there, I would do it. Today I forgot my backpack with baby things and my wallet inside. I just went to the bathroom and realize, that my husband had not grabbed the backpack so I went back to look for it at the table and it was gone, It took me less than 5 minutes. I asked for it at front desk and they told me to wait he was going to check at the manager’s office. He came back and said no one had found anything. My husband told the employee to ask the waitress and when he returned he had the backpack with him. For my surprise when I opened my backpack whoever had taken it had already assumed that it already belonged to him/her since my daughter's shirt and diaper were dirty and wet as if they had already thrown it in the trash, I also found a tomato slice inside my backpack. The good thing is that I didn’t have cash inside my wallet. I called the restaurant to talk to the manager to explain my concern about the situation. She assured that no one had touched the backpack because whoever found it took it directly to her office. Which is hard to believe. I even asked her why she was so sure about it? Did you check the cameras.? And the general manager ends up telling me that my children could have done everything what I just described above, (the backpack was hanging in the back of the chair where I was sitting at.) and it wasn’t a big deal. I just needed to threw the diaper in the trash and washed the shirt, because her team were not thieves, that I didn't lose anything and that it was my fault for forgetting my things. What a professional...

First of all, the food is always great everytime we go! This restaurant is a family favorite and had to forgo a sit down dinner for sometime due to coronavirus 😷, but we couldn't take it anymore😀. My hubby and myself went out with another family chose the Olive Garden to celebrate 🍾 my dear friend's promotion. I have to say I was very impressed with the social distancing protocols they had making it easier to feel more comfortable. There was more than enough space between tables and even more distance from party to party. I did miss being able to chat with ppl close by and see what they decided to order. Yet it was almost eerily quiet for a restaurant that is usually loud and bursting at the with friendly chit-chat, laughter & kids running around. We had with our party 2 of only a handful of the children at the restaurant that night. Our waiter was amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! Super sweet, energetic and on top of our every need, such as: drink refills, picky eaters needs, suggestions & seconds delivered quickly to a growing child (before the adults were finished). Let's just say, if we could clone him (or at least his attitude, work ethic, proficiency, or okay maybe his personality as well) and put he would be in every restaurant, there would be no more complaints about any waitstaff. And if something else were to say "not gone their way" this person or clone 🤖 would change their day in moments. If only I could remember his name 😔. The Giant Chicken Parmesan was delicious and yes, GIANT, I want it again. Everyone else loved their food as well and I can't wait to go back again or order to...
