So the food was pretty good actual chow mein Panda white rice I had mushroom chicken and steak were really good...but there was also supposed to have the beef and broccoli but somehow that got misconstrued so I never got my beef and broccoli! It was actually written on my plate, I asked for the bigger plate, which has three meats but I got my 2 meats my half noodles have rice and I got the veggie spring rolls as my third meet side that's not what I wanted but when I went back to say hey I never got my 3rd meat the girl says oh well you're going to have to pay more because they put your spring rolls as your third meat, I'm like well that's not what I wanted but whatever I'm not paying more. I don't know why the person at the register didn't look on my box, the girl wrote the three different Meats! why did she not ask me if I wanted to change my mind anyways, then I got two egg rolls, big mistake! They should call them Ginger egg rolls instead of chicken egg rolls because they are hardcore filled with ginger I could not even finish the second one because it was so pungent. Then when I ate my veggie spring rolls the outside was really good and crunchy and the inside had good flavor but was mushy on the inside which was not a texture I was expecting I only ate one of the two.

The reason I gave it a 2 star is for their customer service, this location has zero customer service skills. I have came here multiple times and they never greet you, and on top of that every time I wait in line they also never say "give us one moment and will be right with you" instead they just keep on walking and pretent you're not there, until 7 mins later they will acknowledge you. This type of customer service makes me not feel welcome to their store. The employees need to set the tone of the environment, like Chick Fil-A they set the tone friendly making your experience exceptional. Second, they don't know how to cook the chow mein, look at the picture, the dam green bean is bigger than the noodles. They are supposed to mix the ingredients not chop them. Over all the food was good but with a little bit more training they should be good :)

While coming to eat a cook decided to clean the lamps or over equipment at a very busy hour and shoes walking over the grill and dish washing place I believe in a professional cooking line that can be seen by those making orders is completely unacceptable. A small work ladder can be used there is no need to walk over the grill and cooking cleaning stations with your shoes. He did his job. But walked over everything. I hope this gets addressed promptly and better training is implemented. Also area. We're the cook walked was not cleaned or sanitized. After. He was stepping over multiple cooking/cleaning equipment.

Full of laziness and poor management. They close at 10pm and I came in at 9:15pm. As I walked up, I was greeted with a “this is all we have since we’re closing soon”. With the specific entrees being emptied, they weren’t going to remake them bc it takes 15 minutes to cook. So... that means you’re still open for 30 more minutes for customers to walk in and eat. I noticed they were already clearing the whole restaurant already with menus taken down, washing the woks in the back, etc. Does your restaurant close at 10pm or are you trying to leave by 10pm? There’s a difference. I get it if I walked in 10 min til and was greeted that way, but 45 minutes before it closes? That’s unacceptable and pure LAZINESS.

I went to a different Panda Express location not too far from here. By the time I arrived, they were then within 45 minutes of closing (closing at 10:30pm). They had just ran out of their entree I requested and they went ahead and offered to cook another batch to fulfill my needs. Their menus were still up, they didn’t use chairs to block the main entrance (the previous location that this review relates to did), and they continued business as usual until their closing time. I will go to the new location from now on instead of THIS one at address: 7610 FM 1960, Houston, TX 77070.

Whoever is the owner of this franchise, you have lost a customer and the other location has gained one. Both locations are within same driving time of each other from my house and one was...

Ok, so there seems to be a trend with Panda lately, they have potential to be a pleasant place to eat but there are some nagging, annoying things that they do, I think that some of the individual stores are poorly managed, such is the case with the Willowbrook store.

The Willowbrook store is one that I go to about every 2 weeks or so, so this review is based on more than one visit.

The staff seems to be persistently under-trained, they have much difficulty operating the POS, so you will wait whilst your food gets cold under the AC that blasts in your face.

Another thing that this store does is keep the Soy Sauce and Salt behind the counter at the cash register, so if you forget to ask for it while paying you will be disappointed to find it missing, and you will have to interrupt the staff to get it, very annoying.

Finally, the food, normally the Tomball store delivers consistent great food, no weird tastes etc. The Willowbrook store is another story, I was in there just today and the food was AWFUL. I have never before had Asian Food that was GREASY but Panda granted me this first. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef and both tasted funny, like they are not cleaning the Wok between dishes. Also the Broccoli Beef had a puddle of cooking oil at the bottom. Please fire the cooks or train them properly.

Lastly, the Rice, the Fried Rice tasted like it had been kept from the previous day, not fresh.

Hire some PROFESSIONAL...
