I was very dissatisfied with the service this location gave me. I work across .. in the mall and order was made wrong. I didn’t realize it until I was back at work. The rice was so undercooked… they forgot my chicken…. When I returned to ask them to change it.. (it was almost 2 hrs later I couldn’t leave work); the manager refused to change the order. He stated he could give me a rice replacement but he was not re doing the order. I explained to the manager that I was a paying customer.. and I wanted my order done correctly. This manager went on to say that I took too long to come back and he wasn’t going to mess up his inventory. He also told me that he was not going to be going back and forth with me about my problem. He went on to give me the side of rice and i ended up having to purchase the chicken. I am a retail manager and I could not believe this manager was giving this kind of service. If you have a paying customer and they are unhappy you should try your best to help. There was no kind of help besides “I’ll give you rice” which ended up being under cooked too… this manager is not qualified to run a business. He was more worried about his inventory than his customers. I came during a lunch rush hour. The order was done incorrectly… it should have been replaced. This is horrible service and this manager needs more training on customer service. I’m definitely not returning to this location and if I have a customer sharing that they are going to that location I will definitely tell them about the service. So sad to see this kind of person...
Read moreGreat food but not great service. We came by yesterday at 3:05 pm and ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito to go. The first gentleman who attended us was very nice, we inquired about the carne asada and he provided us with a sample. We liked it and order 2 of them. When adding the toppings the girl next to him was very rude and unfriendly, she asked what we wanted (sauces, cheese, avocado and lettuce section) in a disrespectful way. When we were deciding which ingredients to add she asked “is that all?” Consecutive times, trying to hurry us. It was not even busy.
I turn to my brother and asked him, “would you like avocado? He said yes. The first thing she does is add avocado on the first bowl and asked again “is that all?”. We told her that was not the one we wanted avocado on, she then rolled her eyes and in a rude manner and asked us if we wanted her to make a new one. Of course we said no, at that moment with her awful customer service skills, we didn’t want to deal with her anymore.
I never take the time to write a review, but this time had to be an exception. She does not represent the Chipotle brand that is characterized for its great food and great service. A good customer service skills training would be very beneficial for her...

I wish Google would allow you to do videos, but I’ll post it on Facebook to warn people to stay away from this place. it’s right across the street from the Willowbrook mall. It is not worth it so the that I came that my order didn’t have no meat on it really at all and the sour cream were spoiled. It wasn’t no good. I politely show the lady a picture and on top of that I talk to the manager before I arrive previously earlier that day she had an attitude from the get-go and I was polite, kind, and very honest with her she forced me to pay for some cheese for $3 and chips again and also try to charge me for the free and I told her I will not, and I asked her to ask her what her name was but the coworkers were looking pretty upset and this happened exactly around 9:50 PM.
