This was the best panda express experience we have ever had. My six-year-old daughter wanted a zoo day for her birthday and to go to Buffalo wild wings. The Buffalo wild wings upstairs was permanently closed and we were very hungry so we just went to panda express instead. The manager and the rest of the team made her experience Extremely special. They took a very sad six-year-old to a very happy one. Thank you so much for the great experience. We wish we lived in town and could visit this location more! Thank yall so much for celebrating my little girl ❤️

The chow mein tastes old. Teriyaki portion is smaller than orange chicken portion and are cut into too big of a size. The employees keep saying “hi. What do you want? What else?” If you don’t answer right away to think about what you want, they say “what else?” “What else?” “What else?” “What else?” Until you can finally figure out what you want to eat. Rushing you to order. Rude. Too many string bean in chicken, not enough chicken And those apple crisps that are served with the kids meal are fried and unhealthy and disgusting.

I purchased a Panda Bowl which comes with one entree and one side for $6.40, I order the fried rice and Hny Wlt Shrimp. Which is one entree and one side. They added $1.25 for a small entree & told me that for the Honey Walnut Shrimp it was extra. No where on the menu does it says that it is extra. Check your order because this establishment is in the business of over charging it’s customers.

Ordered a meal online and then I checked it in my car and the note said” we’re out of firecracker shrimp so we gave you honey walnut instead”. Like seriously. Why would they not mention that to me when I picked it up in the store. When I went back to confront them about it, a rude associate told me that they attempted to call me. Spoiler alert, there were no missed calls on my phone. I explained to the associate that even if they had tried to call, why not tell me in person since they obviously hadn’t reached me? She gave me an attitude and proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t have a refund because the order was processed online. But when I asked how I would go about getting my refund from the site, she couldn’t give me an answer. The manager took over at this point. He was very nice, but his solution was to give me gift card which was for less than what I paid! He then told me that he would have the store manager call the next day. But you guessed it... no call ever came. Really disappointed in the service of...

Allow me to begin by stating that I am an African American individual who arrived during my lunch break to place an order. I expressed my preference to avoid the remaining portion of the chow mein, which primarily consisted of cabbage. I inquired with Alma if she could provide me with a larger portion of noodles, considering it was the last of the batch. She responded, rather sternly, that she was unable to separate the noodles and suggested waiting for a fresh batch. When the chow mein was ready, she then informed me that I would need to wait an additional eight to ten minutes for the teriyaki and that if the chow mein ran out, the wait would be even longer. During my lunch break, I waited for thirty minutes to receive what was supposedly fresh food, only to discover that my honey walnut shrimp was cold. This experience has been, by far, the most disappointing lunch run I have ever had for my group. Still she didn't offer an apology a drink or even...

Store was extremely filthy. Smelled like someone threw up in the store. An Employee served me beef and broccoli with one tiny piece of beef- then yelled immediately after serving me, we need beef and broccoli- when it was time for beef and broccoli when i was being served. Soda machine was smelly and broken. One employee was emptying the trash and the trash bag was leaking fluid on the floor- they didn't bother to clean it up. The food was not cooked correctly and and people were serving food while Multi tasking - cross contaminating stuff. It was a undesirable experience, place hadn't been cleaned properly in monthes. When tried to inform manager about some of these issues, the employees informed manager was gone. Just a bad deal. I regret eating this slop and not to mention one of the cooks was pulling out beef in eye sight out of a plastic bag, didn't wash and just didn't look proper- maybe that's how's it's done but never coming back to...
