What you see is what you get; however, how long can they keep this new spot clean with decent service?

Fun fact: Pei Wei was originally part of a PF Chang's chain, but broke off in 2018. This feels more like a Panda Express than what Pei Wei originally was.

Food? The fried shrimp doesn't really match what appears in the photos. For $14, you can get this bowl here. It's simply: fried shrimp, tons of sauce, and two handfuls of rice. Personally, I prefer the old style of Pei Wei with many more vegetables included.

Service? Again, good... but they opened up last Friday. It's been nearly four days of service. Maybe in two months we'll get a better picture if this spot can keep its momentum!

Ambiance? The vibe is that they want you in and out. Ironically, they pushed shareable items on me... when I was alone; however, the team was very friendly, served with a smile, and quick to deliver.

Well, I'm happy I didn't use my review to get free donuts. Here is the real tea: I came here because the other locations are great. Only to find myself having to pay $30 for one plate, extra protein, six crab rangoons, and two drinks. I should have just gone to a real restaurant at this point. Trying my teriyaki chicken, the sauce was burnt; it was so bitter. Their sodas were mostly flat from the fountain machine. Honestly, I won't recommend it here. I'll tell you why: I immediately ended up in the toilet fighting for my life after eating ¼ of my plate + super dry rice. Next time, I'll just do Panda Express. Who sells BURNT sauce on food. It was gross no matter how much water I drunk it wouldn't wash it out! Imagine being a death and birth center paper only to then find out. You may need your own death certificate dying on...

We had a coupon in the mail so we thought why not give it a shot. We tried teriyaki Chicken, Tofu Curry, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. The service was a bit slow despite the place being pretty empty. Even though is asked for my order (that we placed in the restaurant) with name and number before it was done, they still let our finished meals stand for a couple minutes before i asked again and they finally gave it to us. The food itself isn't special or great. However, not a single one of the meals was disappointing and the price was alright. Just a very deserving 3/5. Not great,...

Brand new store. Visited on pre opening and the food was hot and tasty. Full opening on 02/16/24. We had General Cho's chicken and the chicken lettuce wraps they were very tasty. As an appetizer we had the vegetable spring rolls that were crispy and well liked by our daughter the vegetarian. Good portion size and classic Payway fare. Location easy and out with decent parking. Very friendly staff. Plenty of dining space.
