I normally don't give reviews on fast food because you get what you paid for. Fast food restaurants are not 5 star restaurants. With that being said I am a huge fan of Taco Cabana typically they pride themselves on fresh salsa's and ingredients. I have never been to a location that I have had issues with. That is until I started going to this location. I have given them more opportunities then they deserve to show a little resemblance of what their company prides themselves on "fresh ingredients" . This location not only has terrible service their food has never ceased to disappoint me. This past visit on 11/5/15 took the cake though. The fajita meat was cold, my chips were burnt and by burnt I mean black and the salsa was by no means what I would ever refer to as fresh. The only thing they did get right was the queso which I'm pretty sure comes already made and all they have to do is keep it warm, not really an accomplishment in my opinion. I asked for chopped onions and what I got was a container of onions that were so old the juices seeping from them were cloudy/white and they were limp and almost see through. We don't even need to discuss the smell that came from them, Disgusting. This location needs to get their act together or due to health hazards I believe should be shut down. I can't even imagine how many people have ended up with food poisoning from their food. Just terrible, your company should view you as a disgrace to them.    Read moreI was kinda having a bad day because I had went next door to McDonald's in that gas station and a lady there was kinda rude so I had left there kinda upset because it was my day off and I was excited for the day, but the worker that was waiting on everyone was being rude and I can hear in her tone of voice she was annoyed of the customers coming in trying to place their order...im thinking to myself..."okay we are customers? I understand your upset or don't want to be here but we are paying you?" So, I left. Didn't even give her time to even talk to me cause i was in line and saw how she was being to the other guest. Anyways, I drive down the street to you guys and I was so pleased! Idk the man that waited me but he is such a phenomenal worker! I had came in and placed my food in. He was walking around making sure that everyone had their plates ect he even came to me. A gentlemen accidentally made a mess and he smiled saying" it's okay, this is what I'm here for." I'm very pleased! On my receipt it said Rachel but it was a man, African american tall man. I would come back! Definitely just to visit that man and be waited by him.
He is such a hard working man! My first time ever here i was so pleased with his presence I feel he works hand and foot for everyone regardless of his day and regardless if his day is bad/working he puts people ahead of himself :).

   Read moreZero stars. These geniuses could not understand my order. Then, once they called in reinforcements to understand that I wanted one of each of the taco trio, I pulled up and paid. They promptly asked me to pull up to the yellow arrow, where I waited for 12 minutes before finally backing up and blocking the drive through. At this point, the person who was blocked in starting blowing, rightfully. This did bring them to the door, asking if i needed something. I told them i was waiting for tacos. He went back in and came out asking what i had ordered. So apparently there was no record of my order. After telling them I had been waiting for 12 minutes for THREE TACOS, I informed them that all I needed was my money back. Of course for this I needed to get out of my warm vehicle and come in. So i go in. I'm standing at the counter for 3 minutes with no acknowledgment. So at this point, in screaming where is the manager! A nice lady walks over, so I ask is she the manager.
