I Thought the location was perfect. Just across the road from where I stayed. I was amazed I was finding so many things I liked. I got my basket full and headed for the dressing room. First the attendant had me park the cart just outside and to the side of the dressing rooms. (I saw someone try to go through my basket once.) In the short time I was trying on the clothes 3 different people were attending this area. The first person had me putting the clothes I picked out in groups of 8 and about 3 groups of 8 on the rack when I came back there was someone new and the first gal did NOT tell the second gal I had 2 more sets of 8. She had them mixed with other clothes. I believe the 1st and 3rd person were same all had bad attitudes. They were rude to the point I just gave up and checked out. I'm not totally happy with all purchases and the fact I spent that much money on a place that treated me the way they did. Plan on returning about half of what I bought. The cashier was friendly for the most part. After she called me up to the counter she turned around and went to help cashier behind her and I guess she was training the girl beside her because of the conversation they had about break times and hours. No how are you or did you find everything ok? She just scanned my stuff and bagged it. No have a nice day or anything. I normally don't care to much about chit chat until someone doesn't ask. Houston sucks for common courtesy. Such a shame for a place that has such a selection. I hope everyone who reads this has a better experience than I as well as make it a great Week from someone who prefers to be on a mountain. Thanks...
Read moreI just left this place it was an awful experience. My daughter and I were looking for a dress for a funeral tomorrow and we had our 2 year old with us. The security woman followed us around. I briefly took my grandbaby out to measure up the dress against her and the woman just stood there. My grandbaby crawled under the rack of clothes to get back to her mom and the basket and the woman says she's rummaging through the clothes and I stated to her she wasn't that she was just crawling under the rack not even touching the kids section clothing but she kept saying rude things and she wouldn't go away. Then someone else came to the section with kids and guess what they were running through the clothes and she didn't say a damn thing. So we left the section I went one way and my daughter another and the loss prevention were following us around. So we didn't get anything from that store and never will again and of course the funeral is tomorrow...
Read moreDo not ship here of your like to leave with the same Christmas joy you came with. The cashier was ringing up my things and I politely asked HER for an extra bag to cover one of the items because it's a gift for someone in the next store. She was very kind, but the gentle standing there WATCHING EVERYONE'S MOVEMENTS, is telling me I can't touch a bag until I've paid for it. I explained the same to him, but he repeats it as though I can't hear. The box is HUGE so clearly I'm not stealing. After I cover the box with another bag I finish checking out. After spending over $120 the SAME man that just watched the cashier ring up every item is now walking me near LP that's blocking the door. LP then ask to see the receipt and look in the SAME BAGS the other man watched every item get scanned. Ross, if you treat everyone like thieves we will simply shop online. I'm so angry and I went in so happy about Christmas shopping. I should...
