Okay EADO! (Scroll down for bullet points if you don't want up read all of this lol) This place is legit. I came in expecting subpar pizza. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Jose was so nice and explained the current menu and how it will soon be expanding. Yay!! I ordered a BYO (build your own) pizza (Base pizza is a 4 cheese pizza. I added pepperoni, green peppers and olives). Wow. Crunchy and chewy crust, fresh tasting ingredients, popping flavor. This is NOT the same owners of the previous pizza place.
I went home with a few extra slices and let my brother try it. He immediately placed a pick up order (He wanted pepperoni and chorizo). I tried some of his. Also delish!
Y'all! Come and try it!!! I will be back and I'm bringing my fam. Lol. Its a great spot if you're going to a ball game (Astros, Rockets, Dynamo) or a show in the stadiums, swinging by EADO for whatever, Cidercade, etc. They also have tvs! They mentioned working on getting sports packages to watch games which they technically already had some on.
You can tell they really care about making good, quality food (after speaking with the manager, Jose). They make the dough fresh daily. I'm excited to see them grow! Oh, they mentioned catering for businesses as well!! They have not had a grand opening yet, so there's more to come!
-Ambiance: Laid back and welcoming -2 restrooms behind the stairs -Food: I only had the pizza which was delicious (no deep dish or thin crust YET). Crust was so good. I was told they make it fresh daily. Will be back to try other items! NO pizza by the slice, but I was told they will start making 10inch personal pizzas! -Drinks: Soft drinks available. Beers and seltzers will be available soon (liquor license)!! -Location: Across from Cidercade. 12 min walk from Minute Maid...ok, Daikin Park, whatever...and 12 min from Shell Energy aka the Dynamos Stadium -Service: Excellent service. The staff was very kind. -Seating: Inside seating only. Bar seats plus a few spots downstairs and then more upstairs seating. -Free parking in lot; I believe street parking is free, but...
Read moreLocated less than a mile from all the main sports venues in downtown Houston, this pizzeria may not look like much from the outside—but don’t judge a book by its cover until you try it yourself! I came expecting more pinball machines, but quickly realized I was here for the real attraction: the “pie.”
The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Zavian, the manager, who is the heart and soul of this place. His personality is one-of-a-kind and truly the “secret ingredient” that makes this pizza spot special. He even took the time to show me some of their fresh ingredients—like their Canadian bacon (real ham, sliced fresh)—which helped me decide what to order.
My kids and I went for two pies and three soft drinks, then headed upstairs where most of the seating is. The upstairs area has plenty of TVs showing all kinds of shows and live games, making it a perfect hangout spot before or after an event. Our pizza came out fast, and Zavian personally brought us drinks, trays, and plates. When I asked about our second pizza, he had a moment of confusion, but without hesitation he said, “Don’t worry—what kind did you want?” I offered to pay, but he simply smiled and insisted it was on the house, taking full ownership of the mix-up. That kind of humility and thoughtfulness is rare these days.
The pizza itself? Incredible. My kids—who have very high pizza standards—devoured it and called it one of the best they’ve ever had. It’s no surprise once we learned they make everything in-house, from the dough to the sauce, using only fresh ingredients.
We had such an amazing experience, and it’s all thanks to the great food, the welcoming atmosphere, and especially Zavian, who lights up any room with his smile and energy. We live in Pearland, but this place is worth the drive—and we’ll be back sooner rather than later. If you’re in Houston, especially near downtown, do yourself a favor and...
Read moreJust… wow. I’ve been eagerly waiting for Pinballz Pizza to open, especially after the less-than-stellar experience with the previous business in that spot. Let me just say—this place is a total game-changer.
I originally walked in just to grab a menu, but the vibe was so good I ended up ordering a pie to-go on the spot. Shoutout to Jose—he’s awesome. We chatted for about 15 minutes while I waited, and it was clear that this isn’t just a pizza shop—it’s a passion project with real heart behind it. You can feel the intention, the energy, and the commitment to being something special for the community.
Now the pizza? Next level. Houston's pizza scene has always felt kind of "meh" to me, but Pinballz completely blows everything else out of the water.
Pro tip: Get the Alfredo base with spinach, chicken, jalapeños, and bacon—it’s unreal. Or honestly? Just let Jose pick something for you. The man...
