HORRIBLE. Placed my order on 5/17/24 and spent $42.53. Below is what I ordered:
Buffalo Mild 8 Piece
Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks
Medium Hand Tossed Pizza Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Classic Marinara
Medium Thin 'N Crispy Pizza Chicken, Onions, Extra Cheese, Extra Honey BBQ
Both pizzas were between "left out overnight" temp and lukewarm. The thin crust pizza was so hard, I would swear it had to have been a pizza made and left out overnight (even though I know it was made upon order). The roasted garlic cheese sticks were not sticks - it was one flat loaf undivided and hard as a brick. I promise I'm not lying. The best thing were the boneless wings, and even then they did not include the ranch dip I requested. Horrible! I send an email, called customer service, then I called the store manager today. Juan reluctantly gave his name but then voluntarily told me what I already knew, and that was the fact that deliveries yesterday were about an 85-95 minutes wait. That is not really an issue, as I understood most people near this Dairy Ashford location were probably ordering because (1) it was Friday and (2) some people probably were dealing with the after effects of the tornado, but to deliver me food I've paid for that I wouldn't even serve to a stray dog is unacceptable. Juan provided me a $20 credit to use only at his store. I'll just have to take and and I will probably ONLY order in person or over the phone, wings only, and I'll pick it up myself. Oh, and they don't use delivery drivers anymore; at least not their own and not on that day. They send your order through Doordash even if you order directly through the PH website. Read moreI called the call center at 10:57 to order and they took my order. The call center placed the order at 11:03. Brian the late night manager called me back and told me that they were not going to honor my order because his restaraunt got it at 11:03. Brian actually gave me an attitude even though it was not provoked and told me to blame the call center for take a long time to put in the order. Why would the call center allow me to place my order if this manager, this "leader", was going to call me back and deny it? I feel like he doesn't give a crap about his customers, nor understands how the call center works. If i call before 11, i should be taken care of. If someone walked into their establishment at 10:57 would they turn me away because it's too late? No, they should be accepted the outcome regardless if the kitchen thinks they deserve to go home early. Someone needs to address this with Brian because I'm sure I'm not the only customer who he has upset and who going to be ordering from Papa Johns instead of Pizza Hut for now on. I sent my son with my card (which he's on my acct too) and my card just would not work. I had problems with it and it was too late to contact the bank in Ohio. The owner of the business was rude and left no room for error. I do understand his frustration about the order, but my son didn't deserve to be treated horribly, especially cause he went for me to pick it up. There was an amount of money that came off another card and big or small, he would not refund it. This is bad business. In the business world everyone knows we win and lose, doesn't make it right, but it happens. Sorry, I didn't have cash, my acct is froze and no way to contact bank customer service tonight; but the owner was rude as hell. I do apologize, but the situation it was out of our control.
