I called earlier in the day and asked if they did kid cuts, since our usual place was booked until next week. The gentleman on the phone told me yes and the cost was $15. He said we could come in at 4.30. I walked in 5 minutes prior to my appointment and only one barber was in the shop, still with a client. I didn't get a greeting and the barber seemed to be as interested in his phone as he was with the client in the chair. They had Training Day on the TV in the shop, which I was not impressed with, even if it is a barber shop... I've got a little kid with me, that they knew was coming in, and all they needed to do was turn it off. Their site says they're family friendly but not sure how that constitutes "family friendly." Waited 15 minutes ... No acknowledgment of my presence or how long we might be waiting. The barber was finishing up, discussed payment with the client, and, I thought he would say something to me, but his phone rang and he answered it... Must have been pretty important. He put it on speakerphone and seemed uninterested in us. Left without getting my son's hair cut. Will just wait for my regular place next week and won't be back if this is the idea of...
Read moreIn all honesty, I really liked this place and was really happy to discover it a few months back. The only reason for an extra star.
The concept of booking an appointment via the a specific app is an illusion. When I first walked in a couple minutes after my scheduled time, I noticed another client. I figured I'll wait. Issue 1: no acknowledgement that I had an appointment. No update as to how long it might take. I wait for a full 12-14 min before asking if it's gonna be a while? One word reply - Yes. If it's known that the current client is going to take a while, it should be basic courtesy to inform the person with an appointment. But it did not seem like this was worth debating about to someone who didn't seem to care, and I left. As much as I love the haircut, I think basic politeness and respect for someone else's time is much...

My son has been here a dozen times and this is the first time I am furious with how they cut his hair. Either I take him or my mom takes him. I made a last minute appointment for today June 6th at 5:30pm with “Bryan”. My son has a birthday party to go to on Saturday my mom took him and this is what he came out looking like!! I’m never going there again I’m pissed off IN RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: My Son has been a frequent customer for the past year or so and in that time myself nor my mother has EVER requested this style of haircut….EVER!! Now I was not there, so I’m not sure of the conversation that went on. I know whoever cut my sons hair has never cut his hair before nor will...
