Very rude staff. If you don’t like making sandwiches go find you another job. Whenever someone enter a restaurant, they should be greeted first then tell them to wait first or ask them if they are here to pick up. If a little shorty look at you funny and ignore as if you are going to rob a place or something. For someone to wait on pick up area it means they are there for a pick up. I don’t why most restaurant owner and staff hate gig workers. Cut a tie with food delivering companies if you don’t wanna see the delivery drivers coming to your store. The little shorty dare to be rude toward me on top of being rude and ignore me in the first place. I’m glad foods delivery isn’t even 5% of income and also don’t like sandwiches anyways. You would probably see maybe a few months if I get a good orders from the store. Unless, you the owner who was working there earlier to be rude like, otherwise the shorty that was there tonight is something else. Zero start because of the rude and unprofessional staff. Update ; Carmen the manager gave me a call back after I submitted and basically told me I was lying that I never informed staff and you can’t the see hair . She stated I can receive 50% off my next sandwich. I will never come back again

If I can leave 0 stars I would ! I went to get a sandwiches yesterday mind you I love firehouse subs I always go but I go to the Katy Location on fry rd all the time never had an issues with them . I decided to come to this location and I ordered Club on the Sub which comes with bacon I didn’t receive bacon and there was hair in my food smh . When I called the gentleman that answered told me to call next day since manager left . I call and the manger was very rude and basically made it seem like I was lying about the hair . I told her I have proof . She’s like well I need a receipt and I proceeded to tell her the gentleman didn’t give me a receipt . She’s like I need proof I have my tap wallet with the proof . She’s was very rude and not helpful at all . Firehouse sub please do better on who you hire because pple like that will cause pple not want...

Update 11-1 -24. Mestup my order taking forever make it right .saying my order was wrong because me .waited 15 minutes until fix my sub right .employess cant follow direction
