Pizza Patrón Patton Street — Restaurant in Houston

Im a review guy, and want to say thanks Lilly because when i Stopped at Love's and this pizza place is right next door, Yesterday I ordered a personal pan pizza supreme extra cheese and it was really not what I expected becausei never herd of Patron Pizza, I ate it really fast, so fast I didn't realize it was gone, Thinking about another one all night and my luck was good because "Lilly" who took my order was there again, I told her can she recreate the exact same pizza again with extra cheese, Lilly knows how to notice a new customer and to get them to come back and when you order extra cheese she actually put extra cheese on your pizza to the point you know you paid for extra cheese AND YOU GOT EXTRA CHEESE, I did the 5 meat this time with extra cheese and when she handed me my pizza I felt the extra weight of the extra cheese I paid for, Thank you Lilly you made a trucker's 34hr rest brake at a truck stop, this is my new go to truck...

I tried to call about an order I placed & the woman named (lily) I believe, was horrible. She acted as if she didn’t speak English, but would understand me asking to speak with someone else. I asked for a manager multiple times for her to say no & that a manager will be in next week. I asked can I speak with another worker, she told me no! I said I don’t want to speak with you i want to speak with someone else, she told me no one else was working. I can clearly hear other ppl in the background. I placed an order over the phone and told me it will be ready in 15-20 minutes got there 30 minutes later told us give us 5 more minutes (Which is okay) sometimes food is not ready even ordered more food. Waiting about 8 minutes or so in the lobby I see workers talking and on the phone with the gloves they use to serve the food. I asked how much longer and said 5 more minutes at this point it has been almost 40 minutes and food was not ready. Asked for a refund and were giving me the run around. Until finally the claim they gave me a refund but no proof. “Because they couldn’t” really...
