My husband just got off from work he ordered 3 combs A three finger combo and two box combs no coleslaw, extra fries for the two box combos and he asked for honey mustard and still got cane sauce they didn’t even put a handful of fries in the box combos. All of food was Luke warm as if it was already made and another customer didn’t want the orders. The only thing that tasted good was the tees and the Arnold Palmer. The chicken wasn’t even cooked properly it was still wet batter on the chicken. Salmonella at his finest and I used to work at canes that is not how canes is supposed to work. They didn’t even say chicken chicken what combo are you picking none of the canes employees Followed none of the canes values. No one listen to his order correctly he had to ask for the food four different times and he talk to two different people on the intercom in the drive through and they still make the order incorrectly. He told them that he wanted three orders one is three finger combo two box combo bob toast no coleslaw extra fries for both of the box combs and sub one of the canes sauce for honey mustard. My husband was unable to come back up there because he has to go to his other job. My husband and myself, our kids were unable to eat our food. We had to throw it away because of how poorly the food was. I even tried to call the location to tell them and nobody answered the phone. I pulled the food apart to see if it was thoroughly cooked. None of the food was cooked properly. I wouldn’t even give this to my dog.

I sometimes come here after work or class. I never really had a problem with employees being courteous or well-mannered. But on Monday 11/13/2017 I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Jasmine as my window clerk/ordertaker/whatever.... I pull up to tge window to pay & get my meal. I cheerfully said hi. She ignored that and told me my total i handed her my card, while she was handing me my food, and after she handed me my food she said wait for your card. I said to myself, maybe she didn't hear my greeting. She gave me my card and I told her thank you, loud and clear. She said mmmhhmm. I was like what kind of customer service is that?! As simple or frivolous as that may seem, customer service means alot when dealing with patrons. I'm just one person, but imagine all the other patrons that have to deal Jasmine's lack of customer service. Maybe Raising Cane's should have her and anyone like her retrained on how to properly greet patrons. Maybe take a note from Chic-fil-a, who is customer service driven.

After being canes customer for years , I am very disappointed and unhappy customer just like many others and friends who thinking not to come or order from canes anymore The serving team not very helpful and needs more training. Most importantly you don’t get your money worth of chicken fingers or service The size and the weight of each chicken piece much much smaller exactly 1/3 of the piece before. And the price per piece went up 33% . We all know that the restaurants buys the chicken fingers by pound and sell it by piece. I spoke to their corporate office in dallas before and they promised to fix that issue Blaming it to the manager of the store and chicken fingers supplier. I will not come back to canes until the issue is fixed, they promised to fix that issue , it’s just like stealing what they doing.

I'm too annoyed with these people working here. The food is good, the people are nice, but the customer service skills always suck to me. If that makes sense. First, i walk in and there's 5 people up front and neither acknowledged us. I guess they weren't working yet. I'm not sure. It didn't take the 1 cashier working long to assist me, but still... So i check out then turn to go to the restroom. As I'm walking to the restroom, (not knowing there's a lock code needed in order to use the dang restroom) one of the cashiers is walking out from the restroom... could you not have just given me the code knowing I'd need it? So now I have to turn around and ask that same person for the code to the restroom... Why is there a code anyway?? Now I'm afraid we're in the wrong neighborhood. My teenager stood in line patiently waiting on someone to help. 1 person told her "I'm clocked out.", but proceeded to stand there behind the register. You could've at least asked someone else to help her. She obviously needed something. Actually, she needed the CUPS that you forgot to give us. Finally she gets tired of standing there getting ignored and walks away embarrassed. I'm just gonna leave before the Gemini in me...

OMG WHERE DO I START. CAME TO THE DRIVE-THROUGH SAID MY ORDER AS I HAVE ALWAYS SAID IT. THE PERSON TAKING MY ORDER REPEATED MY DRINK THREE SEPARATE TIMES BECAUSE APPARENTLY HE COULD NOT RING IT IN CORRECTLY. I ORDERED A BOX COMBO WITH AN EXTRA TOAST, BOTH OF THE TOAST, BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES AND A LARGE SWEET TEA. UPON GETTING TO THE DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW, I PAID THE PERSON TAKING MONEY HANDED ME A MEDIUM SWEET TEA. I SAID THAT'S INCORRECT. I ORDERED A LARGE. HE LOOKED BACK AT THE SCREEN PULL THE TEA BACK AND THEN GAVE ME A LARGE TEA WITH LEMON FLAVORING INSIDE. I DID NOT KNOW THAT HE HAD LEMON FLAVORED TEA. I AM ALLERGIC TO LEMONS. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK ALLERGY PILL PILLS TRIED CALLING CANES MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED IT JUST KEPT RINGING UNTIL AN AUTOMATED ANSWERING MACHINE PICKED UP SAYING THAT NO ONE'S THERE TO TAKE MY CALLS AT THIS TIME. I am livid right now.

UPDATE: spoke to the contact center and they took the report but said it can take a few days for someone to reach back out to me and provide compensation for my medical bills after my visit to...
