Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Houston

One would fairly expect a Turkey Bacon Club to include turkey and bacon '_' What received today included no bacon and very little turkey. What I got was bread, some lettuce, and 1 small tomato thin slice. I did notice (for the first time) a sign the read: "Extra Meat $1.00." This used to be my favorite sandwich. Now, just a sad example of poor retail management in the vacuous vortex of holiday hell. I'll come back when they go back to making better sandwiches. Honestly, I would rather pay a bit more than get stuck with a bread sandwich (even though that bread is pretty awesome). Let me pay an honest dollar for a quality product. Don't screw me for a dime. Best Schlotsky's in SE Houston!

Johnathan took my order and our pizza and sandwich came out perfect!

Even though it was busy Johnathan was cheerful, courteous, and quick. He had answers to all of my questions.

Bathrooms were clean along with the lobby.

Soda machine didn't have carbonation. So had lemonade and sweet tea. Johnathan apologized for the inconvenience and offered a few non bubbly beverages.

Top notch keep up the good work.

The manger don’t like people of color. I have no criminal background and went to college. I filled a job application and actually meet the manger that day. The following day I called and ask an employee were they hiring he said yes and he had told me to call back. I did so, the manger picked up was very disrespectful hung up in my face.
