Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Houston

I was on my way to work at 10:30pm last night. I walked into this donut shop. The Attendant (Hispanic female) doesn't greet or acknowledge me. It took her a good 10-15 minutes to even know I was there.

If this person is that unaware of their surrounding. Anyone can walk in here at 10pm and steal donuts.

I understand she is assisting drive thru customers. But, if the location is short staffed than close the doors, or put a sign that says Drive Thru only. The fact I'm already a walk-in customer, and waited 10-15 minutes to be assisted is unprofessional. Also, when she does assist me, the attendant tells me she can't give me donuts because she is only assisting drive thru customers. Well if that's an issue, why are the doors the doors locked?

I've bought donuts here before, and their customer service during the day is mediocre, and service at night is seems to be worse. I feel like the management needs to select better employees when they hire. Why should I come to this location, If your service is this bad?

I can just go to a near by Mom and Pop donut shop? (which I ended up doing after work when I got off in the morning)... so, I rate this 1 star, I'd rate this zero stars if I had an option for poor customer service, rude associates, poor hygienic environment. My first and only visit here. I was so excited to enjoy my coffee before I made it to work. I had an extra 10 minutes to spare, so I stopped here. I waited patiently as the car in front of me ordered a lot. I noticed they had ordered coffee and the young gentleman added creamer to the coffee. So, I ordered a large coffee with creamer and asked for 4 Splenda, the young man said, I don't have any, so I asked for sweet in low he said we don't have any OK, give me 15th sugars he said ok closed the window as he's pouring my coffee I'm guessing it's the manager tells him something the young man opens the window and tells me if you want creamer you have to come in I look at him and say are you serious he said yes so I asked for a refund because really was it that serious that you couldn't give me creamer I then now wasted my 10 extra minutes was late to work with no coffee coming from Waller tx I was so disappointed never stopping there again poor...
