I’ve been a devoted customer for nearly 4 years and I can honestly say that Cluck City Clickers and now Smash City are some of the best places to eat in town. Fozi, the owner, isn’t just a business owner—he’s become a true friend to our family. His genuine care for the community is inspiring; he frequently donates to local causes and our school district, proving that he’s invested in more than just his restaurants.
The food here is consistently phenomenal. Every meal is served hot, packed with bold flavors, and made with quality ingredients. Whether you’re craving a quick bite or a full meal, each dish is thoughtfully prepared and absolutely worth every penny. Fozi’s dedication is evident in the way he manages both locations, always ensuring that the highest standards are met.
What truly sets this place apart is the sense of family and community Fozi fosters. He works tirelessly behind the scenes and on the floor to make sure every customer feels valued and leaves satisfied. If you want delicious food paired with exceptional service and a business that truly cares about giving back, this is the spot. Five stars all around—I can’t recommend Cluck City Clickers and Smash...
Read moreThe food is so good, but today I had my first bad experience, I placed an order for 2 jalapeño burgers told the lady I was allergic so I wanted no onion on both . I get home to find my order has NO jalapeño and a lot of onion. I then proceed to call to get my order fixed to which they agree to , me thinking I’m getting both of my burgers fixed since BOTH were made wrong. Well NO i get there to them having only ONE burger made bc according to the front lady the owner was only replacing one due to my allergy reaction, when both my burgers were made wrong? She was very rude about the whole situation as if I was inconveniencing her. While I was there I overheard 2 other customers that called to complain about their order . I love this place and I hate having to leave this review but I just feel like the cashier in the front needs to be retrained on how to handle orders and...
Read morePulled up around 7:30 to see what the fuss was about. First off—this is not Smashburger, it’s Houston’s own thing, and the vibe is cool: sorta chill lighting, good hangout energy, almost sports bar-ish. The kind of place you could end the night at or link up with friends @ prior or just vibe solo. S/o to the guy at the counter who took my order, funny dude, and patient enough to guide an indecisive person (me) through the menu. Ended up with the Mushroom Swiss Deluxe. Mushrooms were buttery perfection, burger cooked just right, and tossing an egg on top for $1.50? No regrets, only my thanks! Fries? I’m usually fearful it’ll be krinkle cut (HAAAATE those) the hype, but these were crispy, golden, kinda like Mcdonald’s fries and actually memorable. Smash City not only smacks, does what it says: SMASHES. I’ll be back. Y’all should too, support local and...
