This is painful to write as I genuinely believe the food quality is great. I had issues with a group order on the website and after my fifth time trying to place it I called. Unfortunately I was told the website can only handle four items at a time. When I tried to place the order over the phone, I was told they were busy and to use the website (essentially to place multiple orders instead of one). The person helping me was, I think, stressed from the line, but that resulted in a quite rude tone toward me. After going back and forth about the website he took my order and discouraged customizations (only one sandwich was customized) because they were busy. Delivery wasn’t working either (likely not the restaurants fault) but I had to go pick it up after all of the discourse.

Once I got back to the office I realized I was missing a bag of chips, a 6inch caprice sandwich, and the only customized sandwich was incorrect.

I called, was again met with a less than helpful manner, and requested a refund for the missing items. I was told I would be refunded. I never was and now they won’t answer the phone when I call. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning or...

I purchased a 6inch turkey (sub cheddar) and added pepperoni and olives . Bottle water , chips, and cup of soup and the total came out to $20.84. The sandwiches come with a mayonnaise type of sauce and it’s really good.

Food was delicious, I tried both the tomato bisque and the chicken poblano and both were very tasty, it was a hard decision. The bread was fresh , with a satisfying crunch on the outside and soft in the middle. This is the only location In Texas , they have a parent company , Sourdough & Co in California. It was slightly above average in pricing for me in Texas , but to be fair it was a slightly elevated experience in terms of flavor profile , texture, and the soup tasted house made - although it wasn’t. It was restaurant quality. Their soups are daily , so you can’t order the broccoli and cheese unless it happens to be the soup of the day. And I believe they offer two options daily. The crew working was also really nice and have restaurant experience, which is nice because all around you get your money’s worth …although it’s above average for a sandwich...

Highly recommend coming here to satiate your sandwich cravings. This is definitely my fiancée and my new go to spot for sandwiches. They are hand crafted perfectly and the crisp of the sourdough bread is just right. Not too hard and also not mega soft. They hit it right on the dime.

I had a pastrami and turkey sandwich with added bacon and my fiancée had a turkey with bacon. Both were absolutely phenomenal, and were not too over bearing. The sauce was just right, pickles were absolutely tasty and tasted so fresh, and as a bread lover, just don’t get me started on how good that sourdough bread is. We also got their Mac & cheese which was FIRE🥵 (as in good af, not burn fire).

We will definitely be coming here anytime we have a sandwich craving.

Shout out to the employees as well. Hella dope people and super funny. Service was quick and efficient and honestly have...

Rude cashier that didn’t listen to what I wanted. Ordered the Ruben that has almost no meat on it, and they didn’t even give me my soup that I paid $8 for. Had to ask them to bring me what I ordered. Food is reasonable at best. Bread is rubbery and extremely soggy even though I ordered in the restaurant. Clam chowder is white water with little to nothing else in it. I would never recommend this place. Poorly run business in the sandwich world, and extremely over priced for what you get. Not a fan, but I’d go to subway 10 times before this place again.
