I am a Can of First Watch, normally they have good service at all locations. But I don’t know if I just have bad luck and got a terrible waitress or if it was because it was a Sunday. The wait wasn’t too long, so we got our table in about 15 minutes, and that was the beginning of this bad experience, no waiter or waitress showed up in about 10 minutes of being seated, so we had to ask for help,5 min later a girl comes to our table with the most rude attitude, she didn’t even say anything about making us wait for her, anyway, we are trying to have a good time, so we don’t pay too much attention, and we ordered coffee and milk, which they always bring in this little metal pourer , but she brought us a huge glass of milk and we were a little surprised, so I said, no we didn’t order a glass of milk, we just wanted milk for our coffee, and once again with a bad attitude she says “Im not gonna charge you for the glass of milk, we just don’t have the little milk dispenser” and I was surprised she even said that because I didn’t think I was gonna be charged for it, but she made it seem like we couldn’t afford a glass of milk. Well moving on we ordered our food and once again she disappeared, never came to check on us, but someone brought our food and then another waiter comes to check on us, very nice young man, and we asked to be helped by someone else since our waitress was rude and never there, he said he would take over our table and after that the experience completely changed. Food was good. Ambiance was good. Nothing extraordinary. I just hope this girl finds another job, customer service is definitely not her passion.

Extremely nut allergy friendly - kitchen staff will switch gloves and kitchenware to accommodate. Love that! Attended their soft opening on 10/9 (grand opening 10/10). Service was great, reasonably quick and efficient. Restaurant was spacious with a lot of natural lighting from high windows. Ordered: Million Dollar Bacon: Four strips of appropriately cooked bacon (not crispy) drizzled with maple syrup and spices. Bit pricey for what you get, but it was tasty. 4/5, would try it once. Eggs Benedict (Salmon): Suggest to confirm dressing on the side for the mixed greens because it comes soggy if you don't. The eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked and the salmon portions were generous. 4/5 Tomato Basil soup: A little watery but a good light addition. 3.5/5 Chickichanga: Fantastic portions and very flavorful. Potatoes were a bit varied (naturally small pieces were very crispy, larger ones were not) but came out hot. The wrapped taco was huge and had avocado slides inside with generous servings of protein. 4.5/5 Salmon Frittata: Didn't try this, but it looked a little smaller than the Chickichanga. Great for a light seafood meal. All of their unique drinks have decent serving sizes, even with ice filling the cup. Very Instagram worthy if that's your thing. Coffee was reasonably strong and it was nice to have different types of creamers on the table. Overall, a strong competitor to other brunch places in the area at a very reasonable price point. Would return again.

The wait for a table on a Saturday at 12 pm was about 30 min but for food was about an hour. Mostly breakfast or light meal which are not that bad but the sandwich, I had was a bit soggy, as if they left it on the side for an extra ten minutes, I’m not sure if they don’t provide more napkins or you have to ask them for more which is kinda bothersome. The coffee taste like McDonald’s coffee. Regardless the breakfast French toast was really good and the fruit was very fresh. Purple haze was a tangy sweet drink basically lemonade butterfly pea tea. The restroom wasn’t clean but I guess better than a gas station restroom. This place is a 3 out of 5 cause of the wait, lack of things like napkins and how cold some of the items were like the coffee we had was warm not hot like our second refill of coffee, syrup usually comes warm, but it didn’t this time. Staff were nice only stop once afterwards just to tell us the food would be ready in a bit.

My family & I frequent First Watch but we normally eat at the Woodlands location. My food and customer service is normally wonderful. My daughter and I ate at this location on yesterday morning. When we were seated & the server came over to take our order i immediately noticed that he was friendly and very accommodating. When I place my order ,I was very specific about my instructions. We ordered 2 trifectas one with a waffle, one with the pancake. We both wanted the kiwi and strawberries on top . I asked the server to be very specific about my eggs to the cook as I have a very low tolerance to wet eggs, they trigger my gag reflex. I also asked for well cooked bacon . When our plates came out the eggs were very wet , the bacon was undercooked to the point of being transparent and greasy . Her pancake was perfect but my waffle was crunchy . The second server came over and told us they don’t do fruit on top of the pancakes or waffles so they brought us a fruit bowl. That’s new we always order it with fruit. When the server came back we asked him to have the eggs and bacon cooked longer . He told us he’d leave the plates for a little and go find the manager. When he returned about 5 minutes later he took our plates and was very kind to apologize and assure us the problem would be fixed . About 7 minutes later he came back and I noticed that my eggs were still wet to the point that my plate was wet . My daughters eggs were dry but both orders of bacon was still undercooked. I didn’t complain about the eggs I tried to stomach them but the server offered to take the bacon back and even offered us a free fruit bowl because we had eaten the first one waiting on our food . When he brought us the bacon and fruit bowl I noticed the bowl had guacamole on the side and what looked to be strawberry juice. I didn’t complain about the dirty bowl because it was obviously a nice gesture. The manager eventually came out and asked did everything go well and I had explained to him that the server was so accommodating and kind . To be honest I think the server handled the situation better than the manager. Maybe he was just busy but this was the worst food service that I’ve experienced from First Watch and I always leave you guys...

I have been to about 5 other First Watch locations and this was easily the worst experience. The hostess put my name in incorrectly when they signed me in for the wait list. When they were calling a name close to mine several times I asked if they were calling my name. The hostess told me if I haven't received a text than it wasn't me. The hostess continues to call a name similar to mine. I then get a notification on my phone after about 2 more minutes. When I tell the hostess I have a notification and tell her my name she sees that my name was entered incorrectly. No apology. She then walks us to our table and sets the silverware and menus down without saying a word and walks away (this is how she treated everyone she sat not just me). The server was nice but forgot to put in our pancake and waffle. All of our food came out except those two items. I reminded him about the pancake and waffle. He comes out a few minutes later with the food saying they had to be remade but both the pancake and waffle were cold. I sent my waffle back and they brought out a very delicious hot one. The bill came and I was charged for 2 waffles so I had to have the server remove that from my ticket. When we went to pay, the guy at the counter didn't offer a receipt, I had to ask for one. He then had to go back and search the records trying to find the ticket which took a while. He than handed me the ticket and moved onto his next task, saying nothing about the experience. No one at this location comes across as a happy individual. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience here. I will just drive past this location and go to the next closest loction the next time I want...
