In my opinion there are two types of exceptional experiences that cause a customer to leave a review exceptionally good or exceptionally bad in this case unfortunately I would have to describe my visit is exceptionally bad. When I pulled up to the Starbucks by research on Google what a holiday drink would be so that I could take advantage of the buy 5 get one free deal that they have going on right now. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and handed the gentleman my holiday punch card he said oh you didn't order a holiday drink and I said yes I did I ordered a toffee nut latte and he said "Oh, you didn't order a vanilla latte" I said "No, sir I ordered a toffee nut latte" and so one of the other employees reads out my order from a different screen and i confirm so he yells "I need a toffee nut latte on the fly". So I waited another three minutes to get my drink. While handing it to me he states again "well the toffee nut latte is not on our holiday list either so you still don't get a stamp." I showed him my search results and that's when he informed me and I quote "yeah, that's not a Starbucks website" and as I'm taking my drink from him it hits on my door spilling a little bit and that's when I noticed they did not give me the green stopper that I think should be mandatory if you're in the drive thru so I asked him for one of those. I look around and notice he hadn't given me my punch card back so I asked for that back as well as I'm driving away I take a bite into the sandwich that I had also ordered and it turns out that it is cold. There is no markings so i have no idea if its actually a toffe nut latte or if it was made with soy as i requested. Nevertheless, we ordered anyway. While waiting on our order, we sat down and began to chat, then realized more than 20 mins had passed, and we still hadn't received our drinks in store. The drive-thru orders were being knocked out. It wasn't until I stood up and inquired about our drinks when the same rep that took our money finally went and made our drinks... mind you, she had been standing on the side talking to her fellow coworker drinking her drink the whole time. Smh, don't take my money if you are not going to render quality service. I can keep it in my pocket. She would have looked at my crazy if I would have ripped a 20 dollar bill in half and gave her one half. Half a bill for poor service.    Read moreI just wanted to give this location and its employees a shout-out for going above and beyound to fix a mistake that wasn't theirs this morning! I had visited a target location where they forgot to put any kind of sweetener into my mocha frap (it tasted like bitter ice not the coffee im used to) I had already loaded my toddler into the car and drove away before I had the chance to taste the drink, to my disappointment. I remembered that THIS location was on my way home and had a drive thru, so I figured I would stop by and see if they could fix it for me. đ¤ I got there and explained my situation to the gentleman at the drive thru, and he was very kind and said, "Of course we can fix that for you. Please pull up." they fixed my drink, then he had me taste it before I left to make sure it was perfect (it was!). He then asked me,"Have we saved the day?" To which I responded."Yes!"
