Subway — Restaurant in Houston

The manager was nice when I arrived only. After I received my food, I then drove home which is about five miles away. I then checked the subs and realized that the order was wrong, so I checked the receipt and realized that it belonged to someone else. I called the location and spoke to the manager and she said that she made a mistake and didn't ask my name but then she said that I didn't tell her my name (partially putting blame on me also). When I reminded her that I did say my name when I arrive, she denied it. I then asked her what she wanted me to do with the subs I received and she said to bring them back but before she hung up she told an employee that I must have thought that I was gonna get them for free. When I arrived back at the location I told her that I don't live that close to get location and then she shrugged her shoulders in a manner of like oh well. I will never go back to take location. Horrible customer...

This Subway location at 9770 Bissonnet St is a joke. I went in on April 21, 2025, hoping to use a coupon for a free 6" sub with the purchase of a footlong. The Hispanic lady working there flat-out refused to let me use it and couldn't even give me a reason why. Seriously?

So, fine, I placed an order online instead. Went back inside to pick it up, and guess what? She tells me their system is down and cancels my order right there on the computer! Then she hands me a printed receipt for the cancellation, and sure enough, I get an email confirming it.

Honestly, the whole experience felt incredibly shady. She was practically asleep behind the counter and seemed to be acting completely racist, like she just didn't want to honor the coupon for me. What a waste of time....

Second time coming to this location and both times where horrible 1st times I wait a whole hr for 2 sandwiches that I ordered Thru the app. 2nd time ordering online I walk in asking about my order that should have already been done. The guy told me 10 min so I waited I witnessed him dropping the lid to the bottle in my food costing the garlic aioli to spill all in my sandwich then he wiped my sandwich with his gloves to remove it. Then he add chipotle and I didn't order it so I told him so so he wiped my sandwich with his gloves again no option for a remake I'm so disgusted. He made my son sandwich correct so I just left with them. I won't be eating the wipes off sandwich that I couldn't get remade and I won't be returning to...
