Inhuman behaviour of the sale counter. This morning I was with my granddaughter and bought one footlong bread stuff vegetarian. My child started eating and she wanted drinking water she was badly in need of. She took a cup and put in the soft drinks fountain but no water and got some five or six ice cubes. The woman at the sales desk called me and demanded to pay for five small ice cubes and I asked her how much but she wanted 2.56& dollars. I politely asked for water but the woman said "no" and I left the place never again step in the place. Worst behaviour. Is this the American culture or way of life. Bad. Worst is in most of the eateries in USA do not provide water free of cost but blow the trumpet with humanitarian zeal to the world but the house is less said better. Whiter Subway. Cheap and inhuman house for food. Regret. A shame on the race.it should be closed. I am a sojourner so I left other wise I work to close the Subway. The atmosphere reminds of Oliver...
Read moreI visited this location on 10/19/22. The male employee failed to greet me but quickly refused to take an active coupon from me stating that he was ordered by his manager not to take them. When I asked who was the manager he elected to call her. Her name is Concha Ortega. He placed her on the speaker an spoke to her in Spanish until he handed me the phone. She was abrasive, rude and abrupt confirming that her location doesn’t take ANY coupons. She disrespected me several times while ordering my food, I simply could not hear what she was saying. After several attempts to continue to be nice and not rude back, I asked for the area managers number to complain, she replied with “the area manager is at yo house” and laughed.
