12/02/22 appearance of employees is ridiculous, this is basic training when you are around or handling food you must wear your hair neatly and wear a hair net. Employees Linda had hat almost falling off no hair net and hair in her face that's not acceptable I have experience in fast food and that is absolutely ridiculous and off putting to witness as I am in line ordering my food. She is so quiet you can't even hear her . Then the Hispanic lady who was handling the money kept touching her face and and my items as I was paying wich was gross. And her hair was a mess looked like she rolled out of bed n threw her hair net on . This is not the only time employees look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on dirty uniform. This store always has bad looking employees and the lettuce always looks brown maybe cover it n keep it cool so it can last longer . Who is the GM at this location they Need to train employees and assistant managers to do basic things that they apparently can't do. You shouldalways look presentable at work and around food all hair must be neat and coverd by a hair net and you should not be touching your face or body and ppls food go wash your hands it's literally basic...

Ladies are very rude, unprofessional and stingy. One they don’t greet at all when customers walk in, nor when approaching the counters. You ask for extra condiments they act as if they don’t hear you. If you order extra toppings online they ignore your requests. Once you repeat yourself in person for extra condiments they give attitude and one extra piece of whatever you asked for. They act like they don’t speak English. Didn't even get to eat. Soon as I walked in a guy eating at the table turns around and stares at me then looks at the woman behind the counter who is cleaning out all the bins. She doesn't greet me but says "Yes?" And never stops what she's doing to seem like she was interested in helping me. I asked if they were open considering all the bins were pulled up.
