Subway is usually a good quick bite. But the last time I went to this location was my worst experience yet. I’m there with my older brother and the worker had already put my food in the toaster and my is now working on my brothers. I already know what vegetables I want so I’m trying to decide if I wanted a cookie and drink or not. NOT!!! As I’m looking at the cookies I already see that they don’t look fresh at all then next thing you know a little brown critter just ran right on across the exact chocolate cookie I was just looking at. I was shocked at the boldness of this ROACH. I told the worker and he looked at me smiled and continued preparing my brothers order. Again I was Shocked. Read moreService here is quick on average. The store is reasonably clean when I go in. This is my go to subway when i feel up for a sub. the staff is efficient at their job. maybe not as cheerful on average but that's not the worst thing. I'm not going to subway to make a friend or have a conversation, I'm going to get a sandwich made fairly quickly and well.
My only concern is with some of the ingredients in the cambros. I used to work at subway so I know the process of prepping and storing. Some veggies just don't cut well if they're overripe, or they get a little frozen at times. maybe more care put into the prep of ingredients placed in cambros. especially for tomatos and cucumbers. these tend to be the most delicate veggies...

Their website and store hours clearly state they close at 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:34 PM, the doors were already locked, and the staff was visibly inside cleaning up. If you’re going to close earlier than advertised, at least update your hours or communicate that to your customers. It’s frustrating to go out of your way for food only to find out the business isn’t honoring its own hours.
