Fantastic Service and Delicious Pizza at Zalta Pizza

I had an amazing experience at Zalta Pizza! The food was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The girl working inside was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Someone with two kids took the table when we went to bathroom, he was with two boys looked hungry, and we were going to do a grocery shopping anyway, so i didnt really want to ask the table back. She saw all this and first offered a chair for my 2-year-old, and then asked me if wanted to dine in and she will ask the table back for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture! most places wouldnt do that for their customers, really feel warm in a rainy day. i said ok and took the pizza to wholefoods nearby where we bought some grocery and enjoyed the pizza.

We were also really impressed when she suggested we try a half-and-half pizza, so our two kids could enjoy two different flavors in one. It was a perfect idea, and the kids loved it! The pizza itself was delicious—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.

My husband and I went here after one of our managers at work recommended it to us. There were two employees there, Robbie and Sean. They were both very kind and helpful and they gave great recommendations. Their website was having a technical issue at the time and they very graciously helped us take the order in person while they contacted IT. We ordered the Sweet Revenge and Elote pizzas, both in 12-inch size. The food was ready quickly, and tasted amazing! Their presentation was great too. Never got my order and the manager has the audacity to argue with me about it. I said dont worry about a refund I will come get my pizza myself. Instead of that they told me I had to be refunded and place new order I agreed. I was placed on hold 20 min and i ended up driving to the store on hold and walked in and said. You left me on hold to manager. She refunds me after a debate and as I am walking out she says “its just pizza” when I stated I was reporting them to corporate for lack of professionalism and...
