Poor customer service as also seen in the other reviews. The only lady who works there is very rude. Not only that, but I asked for sauce on the side because it gets the sandwich soggy and she said they haven’t received cups or containers in months. So then I wanted a veggie sandwich since I couldn’t get what I wanted and it was like 14 spinach leaves(1/3 were wilted), 6 bell peppers, 4 red onion slices and 7 jalapeños approximately. I reiterated that I couldn’t get what I wanted because she couldn’t provide it and she followed up with exclaiming that it won’t be soggy, that they have a max amount (which was single digits and she pointed at a list they have and read each item) of veggies they could provide, and started trying to argue with me. She said she offered me sauce but I just didn’t want it, which is incorrect. I just didn’t want it on my sandwich but instead on the side. No one wants to argue while trying to just get a sandwich. It’s ridiculous. It’s a sandwich. So I said you know what I don’t want it. And as I was leaving she started talking at me rudely as I was ignoring her leaving not saying anything. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s abysmal. She was literally sitting down doing nothing when I walked in and it was dead. There is a reason for this. I walk in at 7PM, right when I get in, some girl with no subway uniform on, just regular clothes, told me they were closed. The guy with an uniform on, said the same thing. My question is why are they closing at 7Pm with the sign hours outside 9pm????? And why is a non-employee telling me it's closed? The guy behind the counter was just there talking to another lady and the girl sitting down. I bet you he was clocked in making free money.
