I'm visiting from California- Huntington Beach to be exact. I come to Houston once per month to work and I really appreciate your business and the concept of positivity and health through nutrition and raw food. I met Chloe today and she actually took the time to explain to me the difference between "cold press" & "Fresh press" juice. She is a wonderful person and her energy was a breathe of fresh air on a busy Wednesday afternoon on my way to the airport. One thing I want to mention- which I did speak to Chloe about, was the "optional straw option." It is equally as important for humanity to be aware about our impact on the planet even with choices as simple as using a plastic straw and it's damage to our oceans and the turtles. I just got back from Hawaii and I was able to swim with these beautiful creatures and honestly it sucks that they are hurting them by our lack of sustainable education. We are stepping into a new world. A world where people are "waking up" and making healthy choices Our power to change our world is through the practice of expanded consciousness and shifting out previous paradigms. New habits! New thoughts! I am writing to request your support in joining me, Chloe and the large amount of individuals that are birthing this new world by our actions into existence. Every straw counts! We must educate our customers by maybe adding a sign that states the intention of not using straws? Making it an option perhaps? Read moreI wanted to try this place instead of flower child which is also very close by. I was coming from the heights. I ordered online for curbside pickup and got there in the exact time it said it would be ready (15 minutes). I called the store to tell them I was there, the girl confirmed then ran out, didn’t give me a receipt or anything. The bag said Mallory so I assumed it was my order. I drove ALL the way home then in my car looked and saw the salad looked weird and had a different name on it, I knew it was the wrong one. I quickly called them back to explain the mixup but the line was busy. I decided to drive back and on the way I called a couple more times and the line was busy! I parked in front where I did before, called one more time & the line was still busy, so unfortunately I had to go inside. Read moreI am a huge fan of the Sugar Land location and know how good the smoothies and food can be. However was extremely disappointed in the Voss/San Felipe location today. Only one employee was there and unfortunately there was a huge language barrier. I was extremely understanding and pulled up the menu online with images to show her what I wanted to order. However, I ordered the double one with whey protein and was given one with hemp. After telling her I ordered whey not hemp she told me I couldn’t get whey. Even though the menu specifically gives you the option to choose. The second smoothie similar to the first was extremely watered down with no flavor and not the proper smoothie consistency. Lastly I ordered the breakfast wrap, which does not include any ham/Turkey. But for some reason that was added in there and the avocado was missing, which is supposed to be included. The entire order was a mess which is very disappointing considering it was a complete waste of $37 for two smoothies and a sandwich. Feel like I am owed a refund or a remake on my order done...
