I love this location. Itās convenient doing my lunch however what I donāt like is itās when I have to remind the individual that you must wash your hands as frequently as you should when working with food changing your gloves sweating up under your gloves you touching other things you touching bread š„š„ššš„Æš„š„š„ and meat š„© š„š with those gloves on you must change and wash your hands as frequently Frequently frequently frequently wash your hands when changing gloves we donāt wanna eat from this subway location and get sick because the employees do not wash their hands remember washing your hands and a customer sees that youāre taking pride and enjoying that you or fixing food with knowing your hands are clean before you put on more gloves. Donāt just put on more gloves and donāt wash your hands wash your hands before putting on more gloves to proceed to fix a customer food Iām willing to give you another try And bring your stars up...

Now my door dash driver got there at 4:45 and it wasnāt done till 5:15 subway still didnāt have my order ready how do u wait till they are there to do the sandwhich and to top it off the sandwhich was NOT done right at all . Let me start with the bread was BURNT !!!!!! the edges where literally BLACK they didnāt even put half the vegetables I asked for . The sandwhich was not done right at all it was rushed you can just tell the sandwhich was so sloppy if yāall where going to take that long to do it I woulda expect yāall to atleast do it right . I arrived on time to discover the store was locked with workers inside. The workers had posted a handmade sign that said āopen at 10amā. A female worker came to the door and asked what did I need. I explained to her that I placed a pick up order. A male worker then shouted we are all out of what you ordered so we canceled your order. I asked him could I just place another order because Iām in a hurry. He then said no we are not open. I asked him why did he not contact me at my number listed on the pick up order to let me know that it was canceled . He did not respond. If you value your time and adequate customer service...
