Panda Express — Restaurant in Houston

The worst food and services that I have received this year 2024. Firstly, I went through the drive-thru at 11:20 am. They told me at the window that they didn't have enough egg rolls (only 4 out of 5 ordered). So, I went inside the restaurant to wait. Secondly, they decided to give me 4 old egg rolls and 1 fresh one. Instead of 5 fresh. I requested fresh egg rolls since I had to wait. Lastly, I went through my order with the Staff person (now the lunch rush is coming), and realized that the drive-thru Staff didn't get my order right. So I requested to order more food at the register. However, the Cashier and Staff asked me to get back in the rear of the line to order. I was still waiting for them to tell why, when I was still receiving my food at the register. By this time it 12:00 pm. Okay, now my food is cooling. So, I go to the back of the line and order again. Now, I'm leaving the restaurant at 12:20 pm. My 1st order is cold. I should just return everything and gotten my money back. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 The food was greasy, tasteless, overly saturated with oil, and sodium. Of course cold. My family and I tried to eat it, but we couldn't. "Garage day". So sad. I wasted my hard earned money to feed my family. I will not forget this and I will not return. Thanks a lot...

This service was great, service was fast however the young lady making my food was a little upset at me because she messed up my order. I had the bigger plate with three meats. And I always get the meat on another plate by itself I never mix it with the rice and she’s somewhat had an attitude. I’m willing to give them another try to bring the 3 star up to 5 star

I wanna follow up on my recent visit for January 17 I begin to eat my rice. My rice taste very burnt. I bought my rice back into the store. The young lady opened up the rice and looked at the rice. Only one way to tell the rice is burnt. Is either by smelling it or eating it, she was very upset with me. She had an attitude with me. I explained to her how customer service works. Panda Express used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick and tasty meal, but lately… it’s just not the same. The quality has gone downhill big time. The rice was dry, like it had been sitting for hours. The orange chicken, which used to be crispy and full of bold flavor, was soggy and overly sweet with barely any actual chicken inside the breading. And don’t even get me started on the chow mein—greasy, bland, and just thrown together.

It feels like they’ve stopped caring about freshness and flavor and started cutting corners. You can taste the difference. What used to be a dependable fast-casual meal now feels like microwaved leftovers.

I’m honestly disappointed. I used to leave Panda satisfied. Now I leave wondering why I even bothered. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon unless...
