I went into this subway on my lunch break. I gave my order of the Wednesday special for ro the pick your veggies and this is when the experience went down hill. I specifically asked for bell peppers salt pepper mayo. In the process of the sandwich making I got a crap ton of Parmesan cheese that I never asked for. I said I didnât ask for that I asked for salt and pepper not Parmesan he looked at the line looked at me I said really your looking at the line. I said whatever dude Iâve already been in line 20 minutes while thereâs only 3 people in front of me with simple orders and 2 sandwich artist and a women cashier at this point thereâs 7 other customers behind me having to repeat their order over and over. I then said bell peppers and he put jalapeñoa, again I didnât say jalapeño I canât eat spicy food due to my health condition. Again a blank stare, and folded up my sandwich in the wrapper and pushed it to the next guy no mayo. He and his co worker then looked at each other and started speaking Spanish and looked at me and rhe young guy rolled his eyes the one with the beard and said what do you want on this I said thatâs not my sandwich thatâs the guy infront of me. He pushed my food along and I said oh Iâm done looking at the guy who made my sandwich and I said so you made my entire sandwich wrong, no mayo not what I asked for and your gonna dismiss me. Blank star and the last interrupted and said 7.57. I paid for my food but I didnât even get to eat my lunch a waste of 7.57. The language issues definitely an issue and not even an offer to remake my food just looking at the line behind me. Itâs unprofessional that you speak Spanish infront of customers and it shouldnât be tolerated especially followed by looks given. As a person who is half Hispanic I am offended because that shouldnât be allowed at all in the workplace infront of customers and they clearly werenât discussing fixing my sandwich. I will never eat her again and I will be contacting corporate. I wasted my entire lunch break dealing with this establishment and not even getting what I asked for in return. I walk in a lady and young man see me walk in and I wait, and wait and wait.    Read moreThe closers at this subway are very lazy. The guy who made my sandwich just slapped it all together all sloppy. Was texting and in jeans when we arrived (I used to be a employee of subway back in high school, so I know the dress code.) He went straight back to texting when he was done and the girl was ringing us up. Called ahead of time to see if they were open and had the call answered and immediately ended, thought it was just wrong with the phone line, but while we were in the store I witnessed the girl answer the phone and immediately hang up on the caller without saying anything. They also told us they were closing in 10 minutes at 9:30pm when the store hours say they close at 10pm. Food was good, store was clean for the most part.
