I wish this wasn't the case, but I have a laundry list of complaints about this place.

Firstly, the food tasted below average. It tasted as though the two dishes we ordered were made days before and reheated. The noodles were hard, the curry was separated and the chicken in the dishes was really dry.

Typically with Thai food, medium level spice has a little kick to it, but with level 3 spice this food was STILL bland.

My husband found a hair in the pad kee mao which immediately killed both of our appetites.

Lastly, I need to talk about the attitude of the female up front. Interacting with her was so unpleasant. When I asked her for a side of hot sauce she was so rude and made it seem as though giving me hot sauce was an unusual request and as if she was doing me a favor? I also tried to kindly tell her about how their phones were not working and she snapped back at me saying: "We know."

Maybe an off day with the food, but how uncomfortable and unwelcome the older lady at front made me feel is enough of a reason for me to never come back. Truly a shame because all I was looking to do was support a local Thai restaurant. I highly suggest you take your...

4/20/25 After coming here for a long while, this place still makes the best Thai boat noodle dish in Texas. The price is very competitive and the portion is fulfilling. The service is great! friendly and helpful. Lard Na is not bad either.

This Thai place is probably one of the best Thai restaurants in Houston. Not because all the dishes are most authentic. But because the many dishes I have tried were delicious. The price and portion are the best in town. Also, the boat noodle is the most authentic in town. There maybe one other place that is almost as good, the Vietnamese place on Veterans Memorial makes an amazing Boat noodle and Yen Ta Fo. Thai curry also make delicious Lard Na. Although it does not have all authentic ingredients, but the portion and taste are great! Service - typical of many Asian restaurants. You come for amazing food,...

Went for dinner on 1/14/23..

•Spring Rolls: 5 out of 5 •Massaman Curry with pork (level 3 spicy): 5 out of 5 •Pad See Ew (default level 0 spicy): 5 out of 5 - really enjoyed the chewiness of the noodles •Tom Yum soup (default level 1 spicy): 4 out of 5 - husband said much better after he added more spice to it.. I thought it was OK but lacked the fragrant herbs that you get from some other Thai restaurants •Mango Sticky Rice: 4 out of 5 - pretty good

All the food came out quickly fresh or hot. Service was prompt & friendly. They also have a cute cat robot food runner - we've encountered these at a few other restaurants. Pro tip: you can pet behind the ears & top of head - the robots are programmed with cute responses but if you pet them too much they get a bit cranky 😂.

Husband used the restroom & says it was...

Really nice experience. Good food and nice & clean atmosphere. Ordered Panang Curry w/ chicken (level 5). Good flavor and consistency. I also asked for extra dry spice as I felt it needed a little bit more kick. Will probably order w/o potato next time (personal preference). Others in my party ordered fried rice, Phad ba Mee, and Phad Ped. All pretty happy w/ meal. Seemed a bit short-staffed, but many restaurants are these days… staff was VERY friendly and attentive, just long pauses in between getting menus, drinks, taking order… was ok as we were not in a hurry. Great separate area if you have a large(ish) party and want to be separate from the rest of the restaurant. Prices are reasonable for Thai food (~$12 for chicken entrees). I recommend!
