Absolutely disgusting service from the pakistani-couple franchisee of this Subway location. I am from Canada and no matter where I am in the world Subway has always been my go-to, as I love the freshness of their products and the fact that it is prepared right before the customers eyes. However, this subway location earns a big "0" on all the above statements. The lady co-franchisee is super stingy and miser with adding the basic quantity of vegetables to the sub ordered, let alone requesting anything extra. She is so shallow with it that when confronted about it, she proceeds to reason about it and claimed the following: "Subway brand has pre-decided what will be on the sandwich and I won't put anything more", word for word. At other Subway locations that I have been to in the same area and also owned by some franchisees who don't follow their pinchpenny principle. Additionally, that same lady is very rude and has no idea how to deal with her customers, she should know by now that these customers who she is being a cheap stake and rude with keep her business running and her off the streets. I mean, just look at the other negative reviews prior to mine....absolutely pathetic behavior. I can't believe Subway, which is a big brand name all over the world, is letting these thoughtless people run one of their stores. All these guys are doing is giving a bad name to the Subway brand. I am literally a 3-minute walk from this location, but I'll never go or spend a single penny here again because of how miserly I was treated on my initial visit. The thing is that to save a couple of cents on vegetables this shallow-minded franchisee lost hundreds of dollars in future orders. Highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs unless you are keen on being disrespected and not getting your money's worth. Thankfully, Subway asks its franchise owners to have the drink fountain on the outside main area. Read moreI ordered a meatball sandwich and the guy there asks like that, pointing at the picture I said yes because it was a meatball sandwich that he was pointing at, I didn’t notice they had added pepperoni and extra cheese to the meatball sandwiches until I saw the price and told him I always get 6in meatball sandwiches and it was never almost $7, he said I asked you like that, maybe that was my fault because I didn’t state again that I just wanted a meatball sandwich and he never said it had other add ons. I told him oh no my daughter doesn’t like pepperoni and he said “okay trash” and proceeded to pick it out of the sandwich and I told him you’re taking cheese out too with the pepperoni and he said “no same amount” I didn’t want to argue so I left it at that. Then he hands me the sandwich without offering a refund for the extra meat so I asked him to which he rolled his eyes and pointed $.75 for add ons I asked were there taxes on add ons and he rolled his eyes again so at this point I was fed up, he is always rude but I always let it slide, not this time, I told him you know what just give me a refund and he rudely said “no, no refund” I told him to give me a number to call and he just kept repeating no and said something about trash. So I sat down and tried to find a number to complain about his attitude and to get my refund and as I was doing that the lady that works with (not sure if it’s his wife) comes up behind me and says I can give you a refund or another sandwich, mind you this was almost 20-25 min later. Read moreI went yesterday to eat to this place . That I believe it’s a franchise that someone owns …. If I’m not mistaken the owners or family of the owners are the same workers . I’m in Bussines for years and I believe they treat clients not in the best way . 1st they don’t sell the original SUBWAY bread … I eat subway very often and all around Houston .
They give us this bread for kids looks more like a bread from Walmart (they are inside Walmart) . The bread looks a bigger version of hot dog bread , second if the bread is so thin and small at least have the decency to add more protein !!! But that wasn’t the case
Second: I had $2 to redeem and the woman thy I believe is one of the owners told me I can’t use my rewards … I said “WHY “ if it’s a subway … she told me I can’t ! That I can only collect !
After telling her again to give me an explanation she said “try “
And the money was re deemed .
Bottom line …. They have a HORRIBLE costumer service!
I have so many clients and I will never act like this person !
Of course they don’t want you to redeem rewards bc that means less money for them .
