What a great gym! All of the coaches are super professional, articulate and thorough. You can tell they put a lot of effort in curating the workouts and making sure you are always challenged. I appreciate the way they structure and “walkthrough”the workouts. This helps prevent injuries and give you a better understanding of what you are doing. It doesn’t matter what level you are the classes are always great! The facility is clean and everyone are always so nice. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall athletic ability and figure in the last few months. Every workout is closely supervised AND tailored to each athletes fitness and skill level. SAFETY comes first at this gym, whether you are new to working our or trying to place a podium in a CrossFit regional competition.
The class schedules are also the best in town, with classes starting at 5 AM, going all day long, and even after dark on weekdays. They also have Saturday classes AND FREE YOGA.

Read moreI've been at this gym 7 months now and it grows on me more and more as time goes on. Phil, Teresa, and Grace are great trainers that genuinely want each person in the class to succeed. They devote a little more time to those that are new or need an altered WOD (workout of the day). There is time spent in each class focusing on proper technique so there aren't any injuries. I thought I was in decent shape when I joined the gym and I learned very fast that I wasn't. Now I can say with confidence that I'm stronger and my cardio is much better than it was 7 months ago and I look forward to every class to continue building on that.
