I wanted to share my disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A the other day, hoping it will be taken into consideration. I placed a mobile order for breakfast around 10:15 AM, but due to traffic, I arrived around 10:34 AM, which was just a few minutes past the breakfast cutoff.
When I arrived, the attendant at the drive-through confirmed my name and directed me to the drive-through lane. However, I ended up waiting almost 10 to 12 minutes to get to the window. When I finally reached the window, the staff (Alondra) member was quite unprofessional. Alondra The Manager, She was literally screaming at me, saying I was supposed to be there by 10:30 AM and that my order had been canceled and refunded because I was late.
I was taken aback by her tone and the lack of courtesy. I asked her why the attendant didn’t inform me about the cancellation earlier, which would have saved me the time wasted in the line. The manager, Alondra, was present, and she said she would address the issue with the employee. However, I expressed my frustration that it didn’t help me at that moment. I had already wasted 15 minutes, and if I had known earlier that my order was canceled, I wouldn’t have waited in line.
I asked Alondra how does that benefit mean that you refunded my money? She responds. Well you got your money back, I said yes you refunded me because I didn’t get my food so you didn’t do anything special. Instead of offering me an alternative or even asking if I wanted to place a different order, the Alondra simply refunded my money. I was really looking forward to having breakfast, and the way the situation was handled left a bad taste in my mouth.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location. I m not even sure how this person Alondra is even allowed to be the face of Chic-Fil-A, she literally wanted to keep fighting and arguing with me, I really hope there is a Camera footage.

Thesis: Chick-Fil-A is famous for their wonderful customer service and tasty food. However this location not only lives up to that standard, but surpasses it with above and beyond customer service. Everybody seemed engaged and thrilled to help me with anything I needed.
Food: Exactly what you'd expect from your typical Chick-Fil-A. The food came quickly and everything seemed up to standard heat. No complaints here.
Facilities: This is a very new location which opened only a couple of days prior to this review. It has a unique style which you will probably not see at other Chick-Fil-A's. The furnishing is all very contemporary and the light fixtures had appealing designs which I had not noticed at other Chick-Fil-A locations. It does have a children's play-place which toddlers can climb and adventure through which seemed to be a huge appeal for many children. The walls are decorated neatly with all sorts of Texan pride and gives interesting insight on the history of the Chick-Fil-A organization. All around a neat facility with clean restrooms and an easy to relax environment.
Customer Service: This particular location of Chick-Fil-A has exceptional customer service, even better than what you will typically see at other locations. I was greeted with a shower of welcomes from the moment I entered the restaurant. The employees were all very eager and excited to help with any customer. There were many employees so there never seemed to be any customers left unattended waiting for help. I was given my food quickly, and had an employee come to my table and clear my tray for me. It was a wonderful environment and the energy from the workers made the restaurant glow with an aurora of positivity. Conclusion: Chick-Fil-A has once again outdone itself with another great restaurant. The franchise seems to garner more and more respect everyday and this new location will no doubt continue that ongoing trend. Read moreI love chickfila. I very rarely have bad experiences and tend to overlook them when I do, but this one was too egregious to not say something.
I went through the drive-thru, received my food, then realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. I informed the workers right there, and they asked me to park in a curb side ordering spot while they refunded my order and made my sandwich. Great - sounds good.
Ten minutes later, I’m still waiting. To my surprise, I notice a few minutes later that the worker had not yet handed over my card. Meanwhile, 10+ cars have gone through the drive-thru. He finally passes my card inside to the cashier, then disappears around the corner. Maybe 5 minutes later, someone comes by to give me my card and my sandwich. Fine, good, they fixed my issue and I got a free sandwich out of it, though the whole ordeal took about 20 minutes.
I get home and start eating my sandwich...I have never spit out Chickfila before but I did tonight. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and excessively chewy. It didn’t taste like chicken from Chickfila...I have NO IDEA what this franchise is doing. I have never thrown a Chickfila sandwich in the garbage before, but I guess there’s a first time for everything.
Based on other reviews, it doesn’t seem like management bothers to reach out and make amends for situations. I’ll give this location another shot, and hopefully their chicken won’t be terrible again. Otherwise, I’ll be taking my business to the other Chickfila that’s 10 minutes away from this one.
