Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I’m honestly so frustrated with this Subway location. I placed an order on DoorDash for 15 cookies for an event and drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I got there, the woman working had no idea I even placed an order. Her coworker had to tell her, and then they casually let me know they didn’t have what I ordered.

At that point I was already annoyed. Like why wasn’t the order canceled if they didn’t have the cookies? Why let me waste my time and gas driving all the way there for nothing? I asked them to cancel the order and they told me they couldn’t and that I’d have to do it myself. I explained that I’d be charged if I cancel it on my end which makes zero sense since they’re the ones who didn’t have the item. That should’ve been their responsibility to fix.

Then one of the workers offered me chips instead as if that’s anywhere close to being a replacement. I told her no. The cookies were specifically for an event. After that the younger Spanish-speaking girl started going off in Spanish to her coworker about me right in front of me. Then they just flat-out started ignoring me. I was literally standing there asking what’s going to happen with my order and they were just helping other customers like I wasn’t even there.

It was rude, unprofessional, and just a horrible experience overall. I will never order from this location again. Ever. Completely disrespectful and clearly don’t care about...

I will not recommend this place. They lock the restrooms with a key and you have to go ask permission from the counter to use the restroom even as a customer and other people are staring at you knowing you want to use the bathroom in an emergency and if they are serving someone,you will have to wait until they finish before they attend to you. By then you could have had an accident already. How embarrassing is that ? I had to use the restroom here after spending money on food here and had to wait until the girl at the counter finished serving a customer and then gave me the keys. When i got to the restroom,it was a total disaster. It smelled so bad and looked like it had not been flushed and cleaned for months. I don't know how they are still operating. The health department needs to shut this health hazard down for the unsuspecting public's safety and for health reasons. It is one of the worst and filthiest restrooms i have every encountered. You will definitely get sick if you use their restroom or sat on their toilets. The smell...

After being on the road from 6.30am to make today's 3 appointments....I ask Mommy and the girls what they wanted to eat....they requested subway.....mommy opens up her sandwich and this is what she found

This gives a new meaning to their eat fresh slogan.

I go back to the location...because they weren't answering their phone...get this...she only refunds me for the roach bag I brought back...stating because I didn't bring the others back she couldn't refund me even though I spent more than $30.00

I'm gonna make this post public and do ahead and add this #subwaysandwich  tag to see what happens, because this is unacceptable.  I love the veggie delight and was so happy that mommy was finally on the veggie sandwich train.....and bam...roach
