Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I arrived at 7:40pm...20 minutes before the closing time posted on their website and door to find the doors locked. The staff was inside and ignored that I was there to place an order. They laughed as I knocked on the door and didn't care that I was there. After reading some of the reviews posted I am not surprised that this attitude was displayed. No wonder the don't stay busy and have such a unprofessional attitude. Needless to say I will not ever go back there and will post this message. I've been coming to this place since 2007, frankly because there isn't anything else out here worth going to (given the time and convenience). Unfortunately the previous staff is no longer there, they provided great customer service, place was clean, great vibe. Today, I've found hair on the cheese, flys around the vegetables area. I always ask for a cup for water, they ran out of cups and couldn't/ wouldn't accommodate such a small request when I asked if I could just take a regular cup. So you are Hungry! this is the best subway around, If you are Craving subway and want a great experience come to this location! Every-time I come into this Subway I feel welcome, the Store is very clean and the restrooms are very tidy.. the Crew is Awesome and the food is SOOOOO fresh.. the tomatoes are nice and firm not slimy like the subway on Westhiemer..
