This review is long overdue. As a new bride, Ive been on the hunt for a baker to help create my ideal wedding cake. Sweet Nation was my first contact. From the initial contact to the last, customer service was excellent. I was able to order a cake box of samples to go, which was convenient and hassle free. I was able to select 8 samples( the caramel cake was by favorite). When I arrived to pick up the cake box, I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Mariana. She was/is a sweetheart & personalable. Instead of handing me the cake box and sending me on my way, Mariana took the time to get to know me and details about my wedding. She thoroughly shared her creative process, her journey to becoming a baker, and details about her Pastry Academy. She expressed pride in being a family owned business that stays true to quality. I was overwhelmed with joy at her kindness and interest in ensuring her customers received quality service. Sweet Nation team did a perfect job when it came to whole cake process for the wedding. I couldn't be more happier with the professionalism that the team showed during whole planning, execution and of course baking. During tasting, we were able to try a lot of different flavors and combinations. I'm not much into cakes in general, but their samples were to die for. And a lot of them! They delivered cakes to wedding venue in person, but without bride or myself needing to do anything. The only reason i know that, because i saw them in the hallway before the wedding. For the cake itself, it was exquisite. I mean it looked perfect with icing, perfect in taste it's just phenomenal. We had more than enough for all the guests, so we took some home, and boy, it's the best cake i've had in my life. It makes me question, maybe i should become cake person again.

Where do I start. This place is amazing! I ran across Sweet Nation while shopping for my wedding cake. I was so disappointed with other places I'd had cake tastings at. I come from a cake family. I needed my cake to taste good and not just look pretty. My husband and I along with my mom went for our consultation. These people knows what they're doing. We were not rushed. They listened to our wants and needs. We had a full slice of cake to try. We had so much cake, we were able to take the rest with us. The cake was moist and simply delicious!
