Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

It seems it is mandatory to order from the kiosk and not the front counter even though the cash register are still in place. Not very happy with the service, I was in this same Taco Bell last week and order and pay at the counter but this time I was told I couldn't because the system will get the order wrong at the front counter. When I ask for the number for corporate the manager showed up, I asked her for the number for corporate and she said there wasn't one available. I went online and found the number and when I called it to place a complaint the rude lady on the phone starting screaming and when I reciprocate it the same she hung up on me. I received a call from the same manager from the Taco Bell and I asked how can I help you, she said you file a complaint and it comes back to me and I have to call you and the call ended. I guess the lady that hung up on me gave her my number even though my complaint was not heard. Just...

If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order through door dash around 10pm mind you this location does not close until 1am. A hour and half has went by at this point and on the door dash app it’s saying Taco Bell is STILL preparing your order (I didn’t have much). I then get a call from door dash customer service around 12am saying that this location is refusing to make the order. If they were going to refuse to make the order they could’ve just canceled it instead of having me waiting to end up getting nothing. I don’t understand why they would be refusing to make to order in the first place if one I ordered WAY before the kitchen closed and two IF THEY DIDN’T STAY OPEN UNTIL 1. I don’t recommend spending your money here. The employees seem as if they get lazy...

I will never again buy from here. My Beefy 5 layer burrito was missing BEEF of all things. I now understand why you are getting sued I should of posted video but not seeking attention just a lil justice which will never come from the end of the world. If U love to get ripped off and throw your money away then please buy here. Paid over $5 for a bean burrito with sour cream really should be ashamed of yourselves.
