I was greeted by the staff as soon as I entered the food truck area and they were nice enough to show me how their contact-free ordering system works so that we can order at our own pace. It's a system similar to McDonald's electronic kiosks. They noticed that I was struggling making a decision and they showed me that I can reveal the item details and ingredient list by tapping on the item photo which did help me make my final decision. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectfully kept their distance while at the same time making themselves available to help us with our selections. I am giving them 5 stars because they went over and beyond during my time here and it shows that they want their customers to feel satisfied with their food and service. I recommend their Merito Fries. To call them "fries" is an an understatement. They are AMAZING. In the photo is their Chicken Sandwich, which was okay. But taking a bite of their Mero Mero sandwich was great, which tastes just like the...

I've been following The Burger Daddy to countless of breweries across Houston for the past 4-5 years. I've tried every style of his burgers, tequeños, churros, and street corn fries. After switching my diet to vegetarian I was pleased to find out that they also have a portobello burger. The crispy edges of the portobello mushroom, the chimichurri sauce, the melt in your mouth goat cheese and the fresh arugula make my belly happy. The owner and chef is definitely someone I can call family now. Since the beginning this family owned business has treated me and the people around with me kindness and compassion. Depending on the day you can find him at Walking Stick Brewing Co, Karbach, Eureka Heights, Great Heights, or Bad Astronaut. Make sure to check him out on Instagram to see where he’s set up...

The Daddy Burger is massive. It's pretty much 2 meals in 1. You've gotta be insanely hungry to eat it in one sitting. And yes, you're gonna need both your hands to eat it. The meats are thoroughly cooked to perfection. Flavors are all there. Good balance of salty, sweet, sour, and spicy. What surprised me was the green Venezuelan sauce and the bacon jam, it packs such a unique flavor that just melds in your mouth. I've never really had those on burgers which makes this one pretty special and one of a kind. I was also surprised by the thickness and flavor of that cheese. It is definitely not regular cheese. When I'm near the heights, or after a hike, or after paddleboarding, I can't help but crave a Daddy Burger...

Enjoyed the burger daddy at Eureka Heights brewery on a fine Thursday evening. One of the best burgers I’ve had this year no doubt. We got a YZ burger and it was worth every penny, and a regular cheeseburger which was perfectly executed. The seasoned fries were not really to my liking, but certainly nothing wrong with them. The regular fries were perfect. Kind of Burger King thickness and texture. Overall I was thoroughly impressed and we enjoyed the burgers a lot.
