Fyre Fitness is an excellent gym! The place is very clean the equipment is always in full working order. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, and they vary excercise programs for each class. Music is also great!
The Lagree Megaformer machines allow the coaches to conduct full body workouts with each session. The classes are scalable to every fitness level and I don't think the machines could ever be mastered - at least not by me. Every session is different so there is not a boredom factor. I particulary like the Megaformer "Arms and Abs" workouts that are scheduled a few times per week,
The VersaClimbers are used in some of the classes to add a cardio component to the session. They work for any fitness level, but this portion of the class is hard for me. However, this is not a problem because they encourage me to go at my own pace.

Read moreWhat a great workout! I'm sore in places I didn't even know I had muscles!! I had never done Pilates or anything like this before so I was a little intimidated by the machines at first but the teachers are really nice and explained it all. You can easily adjust the tension so anyone could do the workouts at any level from beginner to wowww!-super challenging! I'm definitely at the beginner level but after only two weeks I can already see (and feel!) myself getting stronger! Plus there's an infinite variety of movements you can do on the megaformer so it's something new and different everyday and you never get bored. The 45 minutes are done before you know it! And added bonus: my back hasn't hurt since I started doing it! It's awesome!...
