The Peri Peri Factory — Restaurant in Houston

I am frequent visitor as this place but 7 months ago I was the one who gave them 5 stars but today I want to give negative stars as I came there with my family and my relatives to whom I was throwing party to them. I ordered 2 jumbo, 4 fries and 2 corns. Well when the servers was bringing the order instead of fries she was bringing us the rice and I told her that I ordered fries instead of rice. So she took rice back what she brought on our table which was 2 bowls and brought us 2 bowls of fries, I told her that I paid for 4 but she said I need to take 2 more rice bowls back to bring 2 more fries. I said with 2 main course there are 12 sides and you can count them where the manager keep arguing and he came to desk and counted them and then instead of admitting his mistake he said ok I will go with your words. Then when we were done with our dinner I was making them count the bowls just to make sure they served me what I paid them nothing extra. The manager over there is ridiculous and came with bad attitude and stated us do not come to this place again. I dont know who is the owner here but he needs to know that he needs to take an action on this as he can go and see the recording on cameras. I hope that you might take an action on it, which I believe that will not happen. I am one of the frequent customer who use come very often but with your managers rough attitude I don't want to came back again and also your manager is stating to the customers not to come again wow. That's what you want your manager to keep doing it with customers...

DONT GO THERE IF YOU ( especially, if youre BROWN/BLACK woman) DOESNT WANNA GET INSULTED BY ONE OF THE WORKERS! I used to go this restaurant twice a week but there service and getting stale chicken (GREYISH-BLUE CHICKEN) has been the reason i wont be returning to this restaurant. The servers are rude and their water machine doesnt work and they wont tell you when you’re ordering but later when yoou will tell them water machine not working, they will say,”THATS NOT OUR PROBLEM, BUY WATER/SODA OR GO HOME” , in other words they will force you to buy $3 water and insult you in front of everyone. (I dont drink soda because i am trying to lose weight). Also, once I saw the insecure bodybuilder (he calls himself the manager) cursing and shouting at two female customers and he was so racist and literally was using words which i cannot type here. He even tried to punch one of the lady. I WOULD LIKE TO LET HIM KNOW THAT WE PAY TO GET FOOD AT THIS RESTAURANT , YOU ARE NOT GIVING FREE FOOD SO BE RESPECTFUL AND STAY IN YOUR LIMITS AND IF HE DOESN'T LIKE TO WORK HERE HE SHOULD LEAVE. HE IS MENTALLY SICK PERSON (please girls stay away from him because he can even try to hit). PLEASEE DONT DONT DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Food also used to be good but now its below average, chicken is always blue-ish grey from inside (not freshly made). The rudest people I have ever met. 🍗Mild Half Chicken w/Fries & Rice (10/10): Yal this is THE entree to order! It was incredible. I’m such a huge Nandos fine and I’m telling this tastes super close to it. Very juicy yet cooked perfectly without being overcooked. The rice is seasoned great. A great entree to try for sure

🍗Lemon Herb Peri Peri Wings w/Coleslaw (10/10): wow this was amazing yal!!! The lemon herb sauce is so yummy! And the wings were cooked perfectly. Coleslaw was nice and fresh. Great entree for sure

🍚Chicken Rice Bowl (8/10): The chicken wasn’t a bit too dry and overcooked for me, the rice was perfection. Will ask next time to get my chicken cooked a bit less to be more juice and drying. This is a great option for a quick meal!

🍔Double Crispy Chicken Burger (7.5/10): Unfortunately, this was my least favorite but I’m sure next time I can just tell them how I’d prefer it. The bread was not toasted enough and the crispy chicken wasn’t really crispy. If both of these things were fixed it’d be easily at least a 9/10 for me! It is nice to have sandwich options.

🌽Grilled Corn on the Cob (10/10): What’s not to like?! I love me some corn. It was grilled and buttery. Absolutely delicious. Always one of my fave sides to get tbh

Overall, a great place to check out if you’re into grilled chicken, etc. they have delicious sauces as well. I loved the garlic white sauce the most. Definitely recommend this spot for sure! Make sure to check out this place...
