Luxe Life Boutique — Local services in Houston

I placed an order on June 9th and on June 10th I got an email stating that my shipment was on the way. June 11th I received a text message stating that two of my items were out of stock and if I wanted to receive a refund, store credit, or exchange for something else. I decided to exchange for something else. On June 16th I called to check the status of my order and was told that they didn’t have the order anymore and that is was with USPS. I called USPS and they said that a label was created, but they still haven’t received the package from the sender. That explained why the status never changed on their website. On June 17th I sent a text message inquiring about when I will receive my order. I didn’t get a response back. I called and didn’t get an answer. Flash forward to today, June 20th and I still haven’t gotten a call back or my order. The status of the order remains the same on USPS website. Disappointed is an understatement. This is my second time ordering from this company and I didn’t have this issue the first time. Sad to say that I will never order again due to them stealing my money this second time around, and not sending my order. First time but not the last time! This boutique is slept on.

Was in a bind needing a dress within 5 days. Broadly, is one of the very few women’s fashion boutiques that has both online and brick and mortar locations- I was so lucky there is one in Houston! I was so thankful to be able to go in store.

I saw this green dress online and went in store to pickup. I saw several items on the racks that I would return for. The store owner was easygoing and patient.

This green dress was well made (nice fabric that will last, sequins were well attached, and zipper was well placed). It was stretchy enough and comfy to move in. The slit was perfectly placed and didn’t ride up much, I wore black boy shorts beneath and even when stanky leg started playing I was able to keep it kid friendly.

1st time buyer and this will more likely be a 1 & done with this boutique. I gave this boutique 3 stars bc of the fast shipping. That was the best thing. Now my issue is the way my clothing was packed. They were just STUFFED in the shopping bag w/o being in plastic like it should've been. I noticed the pants had some strings hanging in the back (nothing serious and naked eye won't see). After inspecting inside, the tag is hanging hence why outer strings hanging. I didn't notice any other defects on my items and hope not to. I got them on sale and sure a refund not available. These gripes alone is enough for me but besides that I got what was advertised and again I got it FAST. Actually shipped the same day. Another thing is she don't describe the clothing on the site (fit, stretch/non stretch, material, etc) so how do you expect customers to know what...
