Me and my friend came here on our lunch break and ended up waiting about 30 minutes. I ordered the strawberry cream smoothie, and honestly, it was disappointing. It was super watery and had a weird smell kind of like vomit. Definitely not what I expected. $12 for this ! 10/10 do not recommend

Just to clarify, I don’t get smoothies from Sonic or McDonald’s, nor are those places a regular part of my diet. When I do purchase juices or smoothies, I prefer organic options from places like Earth Crafty. I typically only leave reviews when the service is either exceptional or extremely disappointing this visit unfortunately fell into the latter.

As a business owner, your response came off more defensive than constructive. I understand that not every experience will be perfect, but dismissing my feedback by referencing fast food chains I don’t even frequent wasn’t the best approach. First, the girl who answered the phone on 1/23/25 was rude. I pulled up at 10:50a when they open at 10:30a only to find a sign that they are closed until 11:15a. I called the number and asked why aren’t y’all open she responded that they are open and asked if I was there now. I said yes I’m here now and it says you all opened at 10:30a why is there a sign that you guys aren’t open. She then acknowledges that there is a sign that says she will be back at 11:15 which is a major inconvenience as y’all were supposed to be open and ppl have things to do. I’m not sure how this place got 5 stars. They must pay and beg ppl to leave reviews. Won’t be going back. Business needs to be open when they say they are gonna be open. They only have an abbreviated schedule anyway so it shouldn’t be hard for them to be open for the full duration of their operating hours. If yall only have one person then get another! I prefer The Reup to other juice shops as all of their produce is organic and sourced locally every Saturday from Urban Harvest Farmers Market. They even make their own nut and seed butters and milks without gums or emulsifiers. I love that they frequently offer new flavours and collaborate with various vegan food vendors, such as Somos Semillas and Herban Frequency.
