The first visit ever was great, the service and the food was good too. But the second time it didn't go so well. I had seen that the owner served red chili and lemon pepper wings, and that you could get half and half. I was so excited to try both flavors since he featured them on his Instagram page. He said that it he "wouldn't be able to do it because it was too busy for that" and that it "would take too long with the amount of customers they had." So I ended up ordering a brisket sandwhich. Not really what I was craving or wanting. And guess what it didn't even matter because it took a very very very long time for us to get our order(although I know it is all made fresh) if was gonna take a long time...he should've just made the wings I wanted in the first place. Sheesh! 🙄 What's with the bad attitude, even my friend who paid for my food was surprised at the way he treated me. And that was his first encounter with thus food truck. After all, the brisket sandwhich was delicious and came with plenty of brisket and it was tasty, but the owners bad attitude left less to be desired, and left me disgusted. I hope he apologizes and hopefully hires people to help him so when he gets a high tip from his customers he just gets the customer what they want since. Without the customers, he wouldn't have the success that he has. Humble...

It just went downhill from there but service oriented jobs are important and when you’re talking about a food allergy you have to be clear on what is in the food. Then I told him I’d wait on it after I paid, he said, “this food takes time” blah blah blah. I couldn’t really walk back out there because of a foot injury. It’s not in the brewery or close to the door, it’s out in the lot. He offered to bring the food to me inside “if he’s not too busy”, I assumed he would be busy so I offered to send my boyfriend in my place to pick up the food. The light buzzer didn’t go off! He brought the food in to us. I just don’t know why the lip smack for everything. Maybe he was having a bad day? I’m not tempted to go back to “El Pobre”. I told him I’d post a picture on our event page to get our crowd to come buy food (which they did after I did) He tells me to go to their IG page to get a pic off their page because he would prefer that. I’m glad I didn’t listen to him because a lot of my crowd was buying their food and bringing it in! My mom said it was good - the food was for her and she has food allergies. I’m just hoping nobody else had to deal with homeboy’s attitude. I’m sorry but you guys...
