We are regular customer at Torchy’s! Today we went at around 10 pm for dinner, had an worst experience ever! We placed dine-in order, and server - Kelsey brought to go! We have asked that we are dining in and not to-go order! She went inside and bring our order, you could see that she served us by unpacking to-go order. Everything was supper cold. Chips and quest was cold, taco was cold. When my wife asked for avocado dips on a side, she said they do not serve more than 1 dip per taco, which we have never before. My wife explained that food is cold, She rolls her eyes over and walked away. I do not appreciate the body language and customer service like that. I’ll be honest — Torchy’s Tacos has never really been my go-to spot. Their tacos are just okay in my opinion, nothing that really stands out to me. I know a lot of people love them, but they’re just not for me. However, I decided to give them another shot and tried their new salad with grilled chicken, and wow — it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were spot-on, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. I would absolutely go back just for that salad. It was a total game-changer.
The customer service was also fantastic. The staff was super accommodating, answering all my questions and making adjustments to my order since I don’t drink certain alcohols. I really appreciated that level of attentiveness. Of course, I couldn’t resist ordering a Mexican candy, and they made sure it was just right.
If you’re a fan of their tacos, you’ll probably enjoy them as usual, but for me, the salad is the star of the show. Definitely worth stopping by again just for that. And even if the tacos aren’t your thing, the location is great, and the staff...

This place is great! I'm from Atlanta and we don't have a Torchy's out there. Heard rave reviews from Houstonians, and had to give it all a try. Been to the soft opening, had 2 delightful tacos. Very filling and flavorful. Also shared the queso...some of the BEST I've ever had. Last week though, I dined in for breakfast. Sat at the bar to write and chat with everyone around. Grabbed me a breakfast taco, recommended by Iassac. He was SUPER helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Then on top of that, his food recommendation was exactly what I desired: EGGS, POTATOES, SMOKED BEEF BRISKET & CHEESE WITH TOMATILLO SAUCE ON A FLOUR TORTILLA.

The brisket set it off, and I devoured it. Washed it down with water, while sipping on their house made sangria. Definitely appreciate this establishment. I will go there monthly for their featured taco, for they are absolutely correct in that they are #DamnGoodTacos 🤗🌮👩🏾🍳
