I would DEFINITELY recommend NTDS to may family & friends ! Friendly staff , very professional & knowledgeable folks . Dr. Jay Elliott & his staff make you feel like family, taking the time to make you feel comfortable & at ease. I was missing a front tooth & after visiting a few other dental office's that told me I was just not a good candidate for this procedure , that was it I was ready to give up "guess I would just have to deal with a front missing tooth for the rest of my life" , till the last office I went to recommend me to New Teeth Dental Solutions & Dr. Elliott . Reluctantly I was hesitant to make an appointment but did anyway . getting to NTDS , I was ready to hear no we cant help you ! to my surprise there was no mention of it . before anything Dr. Elliott ask what was the reason for my visit , examine me & give me several options & the best recommendation in moving forward . They take their time to contact you, via text, call, voice mail, email to let you know as a Friendly reminder of you next appointment or needed work. 6.The office visits are in and out. Its extremely rare that a person has to wait. They really try to accommodate to our agenda. Extremely clean facility. Patients get like a goody bag every time after a cleaning. I’ve been coming to New Teeth dental off Broadway for the last 25 years. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The place is clean and the care is awesome from the Dentist to the hygienist to the receptionist. What I also love about this office is the fact that Saturday appointment is available since I work Monday through Friday. I’ve got my kids coming here also! I don’t live close to this office, but choose to come here because of the friendliness and great care. It is the dentist of choice for life for me. I am very happy with the service and care here and feels at home when I come in.
